The Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN*) Project organized on 22-23 September 2020 the online Training Management Cycle and Corresponding Quality Standards”. The overall objective of the training was to improve the capacity of RCDN partner associations for quality delivery of RCDN CD formats “Training” and “Peer Exchange” according to established RCDN Quality Standards.
The training was attended by fourteen representatives from eight RCDN partner associations of local governments (LGAs) and associations of water utilities (APUCs). SHUKALB was represented at the training by Jonida Ahmeti, Manager of Training and Alban Kushi, Manager of Member Services. The training was delivered by Ms. Jelena Janevska and Mr. Miodrag Kolic from NALAS, members of the RCDN Project Implementation Team.
The training provided the participants with the opportunity to benefit from learning about key elements of training management cycle, quality delivery of RCDN capacity development formats, such as “Training” and “Peer Exchange” and application of the corresponding RCDN Quality Standards. The participants also exchanged experiences and good practices on so-far training and peer exchange delivery.
* RCDN is a project being implemented by the GIZ-Open Regional Fund (ORF) and financed by the Swiss and German Governments, and aims at establishing a self-sustaining Regional Capacity Development Network, with 16 local government and water associations in the region.
