This training course emphasizes the role of the supervisor in fulfilling the water supply and sewerage utility mission and objectives. This training course addresses the knowledge and skills that a supervisor must have on planning, workforce coordination and motivation, in order to effectively meeting the objectives. The main objective of the course is to provide to the participants supervision knowledge and techniques to improve the water supply and sewerage utilities performance.

Training Method
The training is based on lectures presented in PowerPoint combined with discussions and case studies. In addition to lectures and discussions, participants will analyze specific case studies.

The participants of this training course will be provided with the Training Manual “Supervision”. In addition, the participants will receive certificate of attendance.
