SHUKALB Organizes First Meeting of New Board and Meeting of Association’s Assembly

Pas përfundimit të procesit të zgjedhjeve për anëtarët e rinj të Bordit të Drejtorëve për mandatin tre vjeçar 2016-2018, SHUKALB organizoi Mbledhjen e parë me përfaqësuesit e zgjedhur të Bordit të ri.  Mbledhja u mbajt më 12 shkurt dhe u fokusua në njohjen e Bordit me Buxhetin dhe aktivitet e planifikuara nga SHUKALB për vitin 2016.

Anëtarët e rinj të Bordit sipas kategorisë së anëtarësimit shoqëri UK janë:

Në kategorinë e anëtarësimit të Kompanive Private, Chimica D’Agostino është rizgjedhur për të përfaqësuar anëtarët privatë në Bordin e Drejtorëve.

Pas përfundimit të mbledhjes së bordit, në të njëjtat ambjente, u organizua Mbledhja vjetore e Asamblesë me pjesëmarrjen e anëtarëve të SHUKALB nga shoqëritë Ujësjellës Kanalizime dhe Kompanitë Private, si dhe profesionistë të rinj të ujit.

Anëtarëve iu bë një prezantim mbi aktivitetet dhe raportin financiar, si dhe parashikimet për vitin 2016. Në vazhdim, stafi prezantoi Planin e përditësuar të Biznesit të SHUKALB, 2016-2020, i cili vijoi në diskutime mbi rolin e SHUKALB si një organizatë profesionale, në adresimin e çështjeve me interes për anëtarët dhe sektorin.  Diskutimet u fokusuan edhe në impaktin e Reformës në anëtarësimin e SHUKALB dhe në sektorin e furnizimit me ujë dhe kanalizime.[:en]

After the completion of the election process for the new members of the Board of Directors for the three years term 2016-2018, SHUKALB organized the first meeting with the elected representatives of the new Board of Directors.  The meeting was held on February 12^th and focused on briefing the Board on the 2016 Budget and planned activities of SHUKALB.

Members of the new Board of Directors elected under the category of Water Supply and Wastewater Company are:

On the category of private companies, Chimica D’Agostino spa was re-elected to represent the private members to the Board of Directors.

After the Board Meeting, at the same venue, SHUKALB organized the annual Assembly Meeting with participation from its collective group of members to include water and wastewater companies, private companies, as well as young water professionals.

The members were presented with a report of activities as well as finances of SHUKALB for year 2015, as well as the forecast for year 2016.  In addition, the staff presented the updated Business Plan of SHUKALB, 2016-2020, which lead into discussing about the role of SHUKALB as a professional organization, in addressing issues of concern for the members and the water sector.  Discussions were focused also on the impact of the Reform on the membership and on the water supply and sewerage sector.[:]
