SHUKALB starts the delivery of the “Business Plan for Improving Performance” Training Course

Më 4 tetor, SHUKALB nisi dhënien e një prej kurseve kryesore të trajnimit, “Plani i biznesit për përmirësimin e performancës”.  Ky kurs trajnimi është i organizuar në katër (4) sesione të veçanta një ditore dhe po jepet gjatë një periudhe një mujore.

Pjesëmarrësit e kursit të trajnimit janë menaxherët e financës, menaxherët e operacioneve teknike dhe menaxherët e shërbimit ndaj klientit të shoqërive ujësjellës kanalizime Elbasan, Sarandë, Mat dhe Përmet.

Sesioni i parë u mbajt nga trajnerët Semira Kasimati, Daniela Gega dhe Esida Lekbello, konsulentë të Valu Add Management Services.

Ky kurs trajnimi është jashtëzakonisht i dobishëm dhe i rëndësishëm për shoqëritë ujësjellës kanalizime pasi ato  kanë filluar planifikimin e tyre për vitin e ri fiskal.  Përveç kësaj, trajnimi është po aq i rëndësishëm në kuadër të efekteve të vazhdueshme të Reformave të Sektorit të Ujit, lidhur me aplikimet për licencim ose miratimin e tarifave nga Enti Rregullator i Ujit.

Gjatë sesionit të parë të kursit të trajnimit, pjesëmarrësit, me udhëzim të drejtpërdrejtë nga trajnerët, filluan të hartojnë një draft të modelit të Planit të Biznesit në Excel, me objektiva trategjike specifike për shoqërinë dhe performancën sasiore dhe të dhënat financiare.

Sesioni i dytë u mbajt më 10 tetor, nga trajnerët Fjordi Bisha dhe Esida Lekbello, të dy inxhinierë konsulentë të Valu Add Management Services.

Gjatë sesionit të dytë të kursit të trajnimit, pjesëmarrësit vazhduan zhvillimin e një drafti të modelit të Planit të Biznesit në Excel dhe u angazhuan veçanërisht në zhvillimin e pjesëve specifike të Planit të Biznesit duke përfshirë Analizën e kërkesën për ujë – Planet e veprimit për humbjen e ujit dhe përmirësimin e performancës.

Më 17 tetor u mbajt sesioni i tretë i kursit të trajnimit nga trajnerja Daniela Gega, konsulante nga Valu Add Management Services.

Gjatë sesionit të tretë të kursit të trajnimit, pjesëmarrësit vazhduan zhvillimin e një drafti të modelit të Planit të Biznesit në Excel dhe gjithashtu ishin veçanërisht u angazhuan në zhvillimin e ushtrimeve specifike si “Analiza e strukturës aktuale organizative dhe nivelet e personelit”, “Parashikimi i kostos së operimit dhe mirëmbajtjes”dhe” Analiza dhe parashikim i buxhetit “.[:en]

On 4^th of October, SHUKALB started the delivery of one of the core Training Courses, the “Business Planning for Performance Improvement”.  This training course is organized into four (4) separate one day sessions and is being delivered over a one month period.

The participants of the training course are the Managers of Finance, Managers of Technical Operations, and Managers of Customer Service from the Water and Wastewater Utilities of Elbasan, Saranda, Mat and Permet.

The first session was delivered by trainers Semira Kasimati Daniela Gega and Esida Lekbello, consultants of Valu Add Management Services.

This training course is extremely useful and important for water utilities as the utilities are starting their planning for the new fiscal year.  In addition to that, the training is equally important in the framework of the ongoing effects of the Water Sector Reforms, related to the applications for licensing or tariff approval by the Water Regulatory Authority.

During the first session of the training course, the participants, with the direct instruction from the trainers, started to develop a draft of their Business Plan model in Excel, with specific strategic goals for the utility and quantitative performance and financial data.

The second session was delivered on 10 October, by trainers Fjordi Bisha and Esida Lekbello, both engineer consultants of Valu Add Management Services.

During the second session of the training course, the participants, with the direct instruction from the trainers, continued the development of a draft of their Business Plan model in Excel and also were particularly engaged in developing specific parts of the Business Plan to include Water Demand Analysis – Water Loss and Performance Improvement Action Plans.

On 17 October was delivered the third session of the training course by trainer Daniela Gega consultant of Valu Add Management Services.

During the third session of the training course, the participants, with the direct instruction from the trainer, continued the development of a draft of their Business Plan model in Excel and were also particularly engaged in developing specific exercises such as “Analysis of the current organizational structure and staffing levels” and “Operational and Maintenance Cost forecast” and “Budget analyze and forecast”.[:]
