US Experts Visit SHUKALB to Work on the Development of Certification Exam Questions

Midis datave 9 dhe 20 korrik, pesë (5) ekspertë amerikanë, 3 prej të cilëve vinin nga Shoqata e Bordeve të Certifikimit në SHBA, ishin në Shqipëri për të punuar sëbashku me stafin e projektit të SHUKALB “Zhvillimi i Qëndrueshëm i Kapaciteteve të Sektorit të Ujit në Shqipëri ” dhe ekspertë lokalë për të zhvilluar pyetjet e provimit për Programin e Certifikimit të Bazuar në Testim.  Përmes një sërë takimesh midis ekspertëve amerikanë dhe ekspertëve lokalë, projekti përfundoi kurrikulat e trajnimit të certifikimit, hartoi draftet e provimit dhe filloi procesin e përzgjedhjes së pyetjeve.

Procesi i përzgjedhjes së pyetjeve dhe i zhvillimit të provimeve është një pjesë shumë e rëndësishme e programit të Certifikimit dhe Projekti është mbështetur shumë në këtë proces përmes partneritetit me Shoqatën e Bordeve të Certifikimit, e cila ofron ekspertizën e saj si dhe një mori shembuj pyetjesh provimi për t’u përdorur nga Projekti.[:en]

Between 9 and 20 July, five (5) US Experts, 3 of them coming from the Association of Boards of Certification in the USA, have been in Albania to work with the staff of SHUKALB’s project “Sustainable Water Sector Capacity Development in Albania” and local experts to develop the exam questions for the Test-based Certification Program.  Through a series of meetings between the US and local experts, the project finalized the certification training curricula, developed exam blueprints, and started the process of question selection.

The question selection and exam development process is a very crucial part of the Certification program and the Project is greatly supported in this process through the partnership with the Association of Boards of Certification, which is providing expertise as well as a large pool of exam questions for the Project to use.[:]
