SHUKALB Successfully Delivered “Business Planning for Performance Improvement” Training Course

Gjatë muajit tetor 2018, në Tiranë, SHUKALB zhvilloi me sukses një prej kurseve kryesore të tij të trajnimit, “Planifikimi i Biznesit për Përmirësimin e Performancës”.  Ky kurs trajnimi filloi më 5 tetor 2018 dhe u zhvillua në 4 (katër) seanca të ndara një-ditore

Kursi i trajnimit u ndoq nga Menaxherët e Financës, Menaxherët Operacionalë dhe Menaxherët e Shërbimit ndaj Klientit të shoqërive ujësjellës kanalizime Berat-Kuçovë dhe Pogradec.

Seanca e parë, më 5 tetor, u dha nga trajnerët Fjordi Bisha dhe Daniela Gega, Konsulentë të Valu Add Management Services.  Gjatë kësaj seance u prezantua rëndësia e planifikimit të biznesit për shoqëritë UK me qëllim planifikimin e operacioneve teknike dhe përcaktimin e nevojave operacionale për financim, si dhe përcaktimi dhe planifikimi i investimeve kapitale, në mënyrë të qëndrueshme dhe të përballueshme.  Ushtrimet dhe diskutimet ishin pjesë e trajnimit.

Seanca e dytë u mbajt më 12 tetor, nga Anri Dajko dhe Daniela Gega, trajnerë të Valu Add Management Services.  Gjatë kësaj seance, pjesëmarrësit nën udhëzimin e drejtpërdrejtë nga trajnerët vazhduan me zhvillimin e modelit të Planit të Biznesit në Excel dhe u angazhuan veçanërisht në zhvillimin e pjesëve specifike të Planit të Biznesit për të përfshirë Analizën e Kërkesës së Ujit – Plani i Veprimit për Humbjen e Ujit dhe Përmirësimin e Performancës .

Më 19 tetor u mbajt seanca e tretë e kursit të trajnimit nga trajnerët Anri Dajko dhe Daniela Gega, Valu Add Management Services.  Gjatë këtij sesioni, zhvillimi i Planit të Biznesit ishte veçanërisht i angazhuar në zhvillimin e ushtrimeve specifike si “Analiza e strukturës aktuale organizative dhe niveleve të personelit” dhe “Parashikimi i kostos operacionale dhe të mirëmbajtjes” dhe “Analiza dhe parashikimi i buxhetit”.

Seanca e katërt dhe e fundit e kursit të trajnimit u mbajt më 24 tetor nga trajnerët Anri Dajko dhe Daniela Gega, Valu Add Management Services.  Kjo seancë trajtoi tema të tilla si: Parashikimi i nevojave për të ardhura, struktura e tarifave dhe strategjia e çmimeve, procesi i përmirësimit të Planit të Biznesit dhe sfidat kryesore të cilat hasen gjatë zhvillimit të saj.  Përveç pjesës teorike dhe ushtrimeve në klasë, pjesëmarrësit përgatitën draft modelin e tyre të Planit të Biznesit 5-vjeçar në Excel për shoqërinë e tyre.

Në fund të kursit të trajnimit, Elisabeta Poçi, Zëvendës Drejtoreshë Ekzekutive e SHUKALB së bashku me trajnerët shpërndanë certifikatat e pjesëmarrjes.

Ky kurs trajnimi rezultoi shumë i dobishëm dhe i rëndësishëm për shoqëritë UK pjesëmarrëse pasi ata tashmë kanë filluar planifikimin për vitin e ri fiskal.[:en]

During October 2018, in Tirana, SHUKALB successfully delivered one of its core training courses, “Business Planning for Performance Improvement”.  This training course started on 5 October 2018 and it was delivered in 4 (four) separated one-day sessions.

The training course was attended by the Managers of Finance, Managers of Technical Operations, and Managers of Customer Service from the Water and Wastewater Utilities of Berat-Kucove and Pogradec.

The first session, on 5 October, was delivered by trainers Fjordi Bisha and Daniela Gega, consultants of Valu Add Management Services.  During this session  was introduced the importance of business planning for Water Utilities in order to plan technical operations and determine their operational financing needs, as well as quantify and schedule the capital investments, in a sustainable and affordable way. Exercises and discussion were part of the training.

The second session was delivered on 12 October, by Anri Dajko and Daniela Gega, trainers at Valu Add Management Services.  During this session, the participants with the direct instruction from the trainers continued with the development of the Business Plan model in Excel and also were particularly engaged in developing specific parts of the Business Plan to include Water Demand Analysis – Water Loss and Performance Improvement Action Plans.

On 19 October was delivered the third session of the training course by trainers Anri Dajko and Daniela Gega, Valu Add Management Services.  During this session, the development of the Business Plan were particularly engaged in developing specific exercises such as “Analysis of the current organizational structure and staffing levels” and “Operational and Maintenance Cost forecast” and “Budget analyze and forecast”

The fourth and final session of the training course was delivered on 24 October by trainers Anri Dajko and Daniela Gega, Valu Add Management Services.   This session addressed topics such as: Forecasting the needs for revenue, tariff structure and pricing strategy, the Business Plan improvement process and the main challenges faced during its development.  In addition to the theoretical part and class exercises, participants prepared the draft of their 5-year Business Plan model in Excel for their company.

At the end of the training course, Elisabeta Poci, Deputy Executive Director of SHUKALB, together with the trainers distributed the certificates of attendance.

This training course resulted very useful and important to the participating water utilities as they have already started planning for the new fiscal year.[:]
