SHUKALB Delivers Successfully the RCDN Training on “Capital Infrastructure Investment Projects in the Water Sector”

Në datat 30 Shtator, 1, 2,7,8,9 Tetor 2020, SHUKALB zhvilloi me sukses trajnimin e RCDN-së mbi ”Projektet e Investimeve Kapitale në Infrastrukturë në Sektorin e Ujësjellës Kanalizimeve”. Trajnimi u organizua në Tiranë, në Grand Hotel dhe u transmetua online për pjesëmarrësit përmes platformës Zoom. Ky trajnim ishte inovativ pasi përdori teknologjinë më të përparuar të transmetimit të videos dhe audios, por edhe mjete të tjera online që lejonin më shumë ndërveprim nga ana e trajnerëve si dhe e pjesëmarrësve.

Trajnimi arriti të zhvilloje kapacitetet e pjesëmarrësve në kryerjen e projekteve komplekse te investimeve infrastrukturore. Në trajnim morën pjesë rreth 45 pjesëmarrës të angazhuar në zbatimin dhe monitorimin e aspekteve teknike, ligjore dhe financiare të projekteve të investimeve në infrastrukturën kapitale dhe të ngarkuar me zbatimin e projekteve nga Shoqëritë UK Shkodër, Lezhë, Kukës, Krujë, Kamëz, Durrës, Elbasan, Cërrik, Peqin, Korçë, Pogradec, Vlorë, Gjirokastër, Sarandë dhe Agjensia e linjës, AKUM.

Trajnimi u organizua në kuadër të projektit “Rrjeti Rajonal për Zhvillimin e Kapaciteteve per Shërbimet e Furnizimit me Ujë dhe Kanalizimeve (RCDN)”, sipas standarteve të cilësisë të hartuara nga RCDN.  Pjesëmarrja në këto trajnime për përfaqësuesit e Shoqërive UK dhe Agjencisë Kombëtare të Ujësjellës-Kanalizimeve dhe Infrastrukturës së Mbetjeve (AKUM) u mbështet nga programi “Orientimi i Shërbimeve të Furnizimit me Ujë dhe Kanalizime drejt Performancës dhe Konsumatorit”, i financuar nga Ministria Federale Gjermane për Bashkëpunim Ekonomik dhe Zhvillim, zbatuar nga GIZ në Shqipëri.

Trajnimi u mbajt nga Evis Gjebrea, Nëndrejtoreshë e Përgjithshme, Ujësjellës Kanalizime Tiranë; Ekspert Financiar, Valu Add Management Services dhe me mbeshtetjen teknike te Jovan Gjika, Koordinator Projektesh, AKUM.

Përvec ndjekjes së prezantimeve të trajnereve, për gjate 6 ditëve pjesëmarrësit u angazhuan në diskutime interaktive, punë në grup, raste praktike studimore të cilat u punuan ne platformen online ConceptBoard, si dhe shkembimin e eksperiencave midis tyre. Në fund te trajnimit pjesëmarrësit e vlerësuan shumë pozitivisht trajnimin, si për temat e trajtuara ashtu dhe rastet e shumta ushtrimore të paraqitura nga trajnerët.[:en]

On 30 September, 1, 2,7,8,9 October 2020, SHUKALB delivered successfully the RCDN Training on “Capital Infrastructure Investment Projects in the Water Sector”. The training was organized in Tirana, at Grand Hotel and it was broadcasted online to participants via Zoom platform. This training was innovative as it used a more advanced technology of video and audio transmission, but also other online tools that allowed more interactivity on the part of trainers as well as of participants.

The training achieved to capacitate the staff of water utilities to carry out complex infrastructure investment projects. The training was attended by 45 participants involved in the implementation and monitoring of technical, legal and financial aspects of capital infrastructure investment projects and in charge of project implementation from the water utilities of Shkoder, Lezhe, Kukes, Kruje, Kamez, Durres, Elbasan, Cerrik, Peqin, Korce, Pogradec, Vlore, Gjirokaster, Sarande and the line Agency, AKUM.

This training was organized in the framework of the project “Regional Capacity Development Network for Water and Sanitation Services (RCDN)” according to the quality standards developed by RCDN. The participation on these trainings for the representatives of Public Utility Companies (PUCs) and National Agency of Water Supply, Sewerage and Waste Infrastructure (AKUM) was supported by the program “Customer and Performance Oriented Drinking Water and Sanitation Services”, funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development, implemented by GIZ in Albania.

The training was delivered by Evis Gjebrea, Deputy General Director, Tirana Water Supply and Sewerage Company; Anri Dajko, Financial Expert, Valu Add Management Services, and with the technical support of Jovan Gjika, Project Coordinator, AKUM.

Apart from the presentations during the 6 days the participants were engaged in interactive discussions, group work, practical exercises and case studies that were organized online using the Concept Board platform. The participants as well exchanged experiences among them. The feedback received from the participants at the end of the trainings was very positive, highlighting the topics covered as well as the exercises presented by the trainers.[:]
