SHUKALB Organizes Meeting with the Trainers Engaged in its Training and Capacity Development Program

On January 21, 2022, SHUKALB organized a virtual meeting with the participation of trainers who are involved in the SHUKALB Training and Capacity Development Program. The meeting was organized in the framework of the “Regional Capacity Development Network for Water and Sanitation Services (RCDN)” Project.

The overall objective of the meeting was to facilitate information, exchange between trainers on capacity development programs and activities organized by SHUKALB at the national level.

The meeting was moderated by Valbona Paja, Deputy Administrator, Shkodra Water Supply and Sewerage Company.

During the meeting the participants were introduced to the capacity development programs for the staff of water supply and sewerage companies developed during 2021, where they shared their comments and gave suggestions regarding the delivery of these programs. In addition, the participants were organized in working groups, where they discussed with each other and gave their feedback about what they believe SHUKALB should consider during 2022 as potential topics, program formats, activities, etc.

At the end of the meeting, the trainers were informed regarding the upcoming activities that will be organized during 2022 for the trainers in order to strengthen their engagement with SHUKALB.[:]
