SHUKALB Organizes Successfully the Advanced Training of the Platinum Phase in Framework of the “Asset Management Advisory Services to Water Utilities in SEE” Project

During 1-3 June 2022, SHUKALB in collaboration with the Water and Wastewater Works Association of Kosovo (SHUKOS) organized successfully the 3-days training of the Platinum Phase related to the topic of Water Audit, for the Water Supply and Sewerage (WSS) Companies in Albania and Regional Water Companies in Kosovo. The training was organized in Tirana in the framework of the Asset Management Advisory Services for Water Utilities in South-Eastern Europe.

The training was attended by representatives from the WSS Companies of Korca, Elbasan, Shkodra, Berat-Kuçova, Gramsh and Cerrik, and from the Regional Water Companies of Prishtina; Mitrovice; “Hidromorava”, Gjilan and “Hidrodrini”, Peje.

The main objective was to train Public Water Companies (PUC) participants from Albania and Kosovo in the Advance Water Audit Module (Balance). The training was organized in hybrid format, where the trainers from Hydro-Comp Enterprise Company presented online through the Microsoft Teams platform, while the participants from Albania and Kosovo were gathered in the same place.

During the training, participants had the opportunity to practice the EDAMS system and interact with the trainers, and learn on the advance elements of the Water Audit.
