SHUKALB Is Preparing to Launch Its Training Calendar for 2023

As a yearly regular practice, in order to provide training and programs for 2023, SHUKALB is conducting a Training Needs Assessment (TNA) Survey distributed to all the water utilities in Albania. This year, in the context of the regionalization of water supply and sewerage services, SHUKALB is implementing another methodology in order to identify the needs of water utility companies for the development of professional skills of their employees at every level.

In addition to the survey for the assessment of training needs, the results of which will be analyzed, we will conduct a virtual meeting with the responsible person/s in each water utility company to discuss and verify the companies’ data. At the end of this process of identification and validation of training needs for each utility, SHUKALB will organize an online workshop for all utilities in order to present the designed training calendar for 2023.
