SHUKALB Organizes Training Needs Assessment Validation Workshop for Water Supply and Sewerage Companies

As a yearly regular practice, in order to provide training and programs for 2023, SHUKALB conducted the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) Survey distributed to all water utility companies in Albania. The results of the survey were analyzed and virtual meetings were held with the responsible persons in the water utility companies in order to discuss and verify the information provided.

At the end of this process, on 7 March, SHUKALB organized an online workshop with representatives from water utiliity companies in order to validate the results of the TNA.

The aim of the workshop was to inform representatives of water utiliity companies and members of Supervisory Councils on the results of the TNA process for the staff of water utility companies, as well as the validation of the capacity development offer throughout 2023.

The results of the evaluation process were used to prepare the calendar of training and capacity development programs for 2023. These results will also be distributed to responsible institutions such as AKUM, ERRU, MIE as well as donor organizations in order to inform them and to receive their comments and suggestions.
