Register now for the D-LeaP Asset Management Program

SHUKALB has opened the registration for the D-LeaP Asset Management Program. The delivery of the program this year is jointly supported by the Danube Learning Partnership (D-LeaP) as well as the Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN).

The main objective of the program is to enable participants to develop an effective Asset Management Plan (AMP) ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of utility assets. The program will consist of three workshops, each lasting one day, with the initial one starting on the 4^th of September and the other two on the 12^th and 19^th of September.

During this this period, experts/trainers will provide technical assistance to the participants in the development process of AMP.

SHUKALB will engage the needed expertise to work closely with the Water Regulatory Authority (ERRU) in devising the methodology for a comprehensive Plan for Asset Management. This template will serve as a standardized framework that WSS companies customize to align with their specific needs and circumstances.

The program targets 7 Water Utilities (WUs) in Albania engaging two staff members from each, aiming specifically at upper managerial staff, which includes both senior and middle management roles. This includes administrators, finance managers, and technical managers.

Participation fee

This program has financial support from the D-LeaP program, which covers the costs of trainers and the rent of the premises. The program is limited to a limited number of 7 WSS companies from 2 participants. The reduced participation fee for this program is:

• SHUKALB members is 23,000 Lek/person + VAT, and for
• Non-Members 28,000 Lek/person + VAT.
