Mr. Flauers Shoshi Appointed General Director of the National Water Supply and Sewerage Agency

SHUKALB extends congratulations to Mr. Flauers Shoshi on his appointment as Director General of the National Water Supply and Sewerage Agency (AKUK). This appointment follows a distinguished career at AKUK, where he has held several key positions, including Deputy Director General, reflecting the continuity of his professional leadership in the water sector.

Mr. Shoshi holds a Master’s of Science in Hydraulic Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Tirana, as well as a Master’s degree in Local Governance. He has built a solid career in the development and regulation of public infrastructure and water services in Albania. Over the years, he has played a key role in initiatives aimed at improving water supply and wastewater management, designing impactful projects that emphasize institutional strengthening, policy development, and alignment with European standards.

In his previous roles at AKUK and other public institutions, Mr. Shoshi has demonstrated a results-oriented approach and a deep understanding of the technical and administrative challenges facing the sector.

In addition to his work in public administration, Mr. Shoshi has maintained active engagement with SHUKALB’s community through participation in key sector events, discussion forums, as well as conferences in Albania and abroad. His contributions have fostered dialogue and cooperation, advancing the continued development of the sector
