Registrations Are Now Open for the 14th Balkans Joint Conference and Exhibition, 3–5 November 2026, Prishtina, Kosova

SHUKALB and SHUKOS are pleased to announce that registrations are now open for the 14^th Balkans Joint Conference and Exhibition, which will be held from 3–5 November 2026 in Prishtina, Kosova, at the Emerald Hotel.

This year’s Conference will be organized under the theme: “Water and Equal Opportunities”, highlighting the importance of developing a water sector that is not only technically strong, but also fair, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of communities. Inspired by the World Water Day 2026 theme, “Water and Gender,” the Conference will address both equitable access to water and sanitation services and equal opportunities within the water sector itself.

The Conference will bring together more than 500 participants from the Balkans region and beyond—including water utility professionals, government representatives, policymakers, development partners, academics, researchers, private sector representatives, and international organizations. The event provides a unique platform for knowledge exchange, professional networking, and collaboration, while exploring practical solutions for improving water services, strengthening institutions, and supporting the future development of the sector.

As the water sector continues to face challenges such as climate change, infrastructure modernization, digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and workforce renewal, the Conference will provide an opportunity to discuss innovative approaches and share experiences that contribute to more resilient, inclusive, and sustainable water services.

In parallel with the Conference, a Technical Exhibition will be organized, showcasing the latest technologies, equipment, products, and services supporting the water and wastewater sector. The Exhibition will provide companies and service providers with an excellent opportunity to present innovative solutions, connect with utilities and sector professionals, and explore new business and cooperation opportunities.
