Request for Expressions of Interest – Local Experts to serve as Trainers for the Delivery of the D-LeaP Water Safety Planning and Crisis Management Program for Water Supply and Sewerage Utilities in Albania

SHUKALB intends to engage two trained Trainers on the D-LeaP Water Safety Planning and Crisis Management Program, who will carry out the training and capacity development activities for 5 PUCs in Albania, as selected by SHUKALB. The Trainers are the cornerstone of the whole Program, and they are key in guaranteeing the sustainability of the Program intervention and further replication in the future.

The specific objectives of the assignment are to:

• Deliver 3 days of training in Tirana with all selected PUCs, a one field visit for each of the PUCs, on elements of Water Safety Plan Risk Assessment and Crisis Management.
• Provide direct advisory services to the PUCs during the site visits for the trainings, as well as remotely in between the trainings;
• Guide and support the PUCs in completing and finalizing their Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Water Safety Plan Risk Assessment and Crisis Management;

SHUKALB invites eligible and qualified trainers to indicate their interest in undertaking this assignment. Interested trainers must provide the following documents and information:

• Curriculum Vitae,
• Certificate of ToT completion,
• Reference for relevant assignments, presented in the CV,
• Proposed experts’ daily rate. The financial offer shall contain the total budget for executing the task including travel costs. All amounts should be stated in EUR (gross amount).
