SHUKALB Attends the 4th Workshop of Project “Market Testing of Four Products Aimed at Improving the Services in the Water Sector in South East Europe”

Në kuadër të projektit ” Testimi i tregut të 4 produkteve që synojnë përmirësimin e shërbimeve në sektorin e ujit në Evropën Juglindore, Arbana Kola mori pjesë në workshopin e katërt i cili u mbajt më 13, 14 nëntor në Beograd, Serbi. Projekti është duke u zhvilluar në kuadër të Projektit të Modernizimit të Shërbimeve Bashkiake të Fondit të Hapur Rajonal që po implementohet nga GIZ, dhe qëllimi kryesor i tij është identifikimi i nevojave potenciale dhe mundësimi i mekanizmave për implementimin dhe shpërndarjen e katër produkteve: Shërbimi Këshillues për Ujin pa të ardhura, Shërbimi Këshillues për Menaxhimin e aseteve, Sistemi i mbështetjes së vendimeve dhe Konferenca e Ujit të Danubit, në Shqipëri, Bosnjë dhe Hercegovinë, Kosovë, Maqedoni, Mali i Zi dhe Serbi.

Qëllimi kryesor i workshopit të katërt ishte finalizimi i diskutimit mbi elementët e veçantë të Planifikimit të Biznesit për secilën prej produkteve, si dhe të vlerësimi i mundësive dhe përfitimeve nga marrëveshjet e mundshme të bashkëpunimit ndërmjet pronarëve të produkteve dhe Shoqatave Ujësjellës Kanalizme dhe Shoqatave të Qeverive Vendore në vendet përkatëse të synuara.[:en]

In the framework of the Project “Market Testing of Four Products Aimed at Improving the Services in the Water Sector in South East Europe”, Arbana Kola attended the 4^th workshop that was held on 13, 14 November, in Belgrade Serbia.  The Project is being conducted under the Open Regional Fund Modernization of Municipal Services Project being implemented by GIZ, and its main purpose is to identify the potential needs and enabling mechanisms for implementation and delivery of four products: Non – Revenue Water Advisory Service, Asset Management Advisory Service, Decision Support System and Danube Water Conference, in the countries of Albania, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia.

The main objective of the 4^th workshop was to finalize the discussions on the particular elements of Business Planning for each of the products, as well as to assess opportunities for and benefits from potential cooperation arrangements between product owners and Associations of Water Utilities and Associations of Local Governments in the respective targeted countries.
