The National Agency of Water Supply, Sewerage and Waste Infrastructure Kicks Off The National Training and Test-Based Certification Program for The Water Supply and Sewerage Companies in Albania

[:sq]Me datë 2 shtator 2019, Agjencia Kombëtare e Ujësjellës-Kanalizimeve dhe Infrastrukturës së Mbetjeve (AKUM), u ka dërguar një shkresë zyrtare të gjithë Shoqërive Ujësjellës Kanalizime të Shqipërisë duke u kërkuar të identifikojnë pozicionet dhe stafin aktual në këto pozicione të cilat do të jenë subjekt i Programit të Certifikimit Bazuar në Testim për menaxherët operacionalë të Shoqërive Ujësjellës Kanalizime në Shqipëri

Përmes kësaj shkrese, AKUM ka nisur zbatimin e udhëzimit të Ministrisë së Infrastrukurës dhe Energjisë nr. 660, datë 28 shtator 2018 për “Krijimin e një Programi të Institucionalizuar Trajnimi Kombëtar dhe Certifikimi Bazuar në Testim për drejtuesit operacionalë të Shoqërive Ujësjellës Kanalizimeve në Shqipëri”.

Shkresa sqaron se stafi i Shoqërive UK që do t’i nënshtrohet Certifikimit përfshin nivelet Drejtor Teknik, Menaxher, Mbikqyrës dhe Punonjës i Kualifikuar (pozicione menaxheriale dhe operacionale) respektivisht për fushat:

• Shpërndarja e ujit
• Prodhimi dhe trajtimi i ujit
• Grumbullimi i ujërave të ndotura
• Trajtimi i ujërave të ndotura

Procesi i Certifkimit do të kalojë përmes dy fazave: faza Fillestare e bazuar në arsim dhe eksperiencë në sektorin UK, dhe faza e Dytë bazuar në trajnim dhe në testim[:en]On 2 September 2019, the National Water Supply-Sewerage and Waste Infrastructure Agency (AKUM) sent an official letter to all Albanian Water Supply and Sewerage Companies asking them to identify the positions and the respective current staff in these positions that will be subject to Test-Based Certification Program for operational managers of Water Supply and Sewerage Utilities in Albania.

Through this letter, AKUM has started the implementation of the instruction of Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, no. 660, issued on 28 September 2018, on “Establishing an Institutionalized National Training and Test-Based Certification Program for operational managers of Water Supply and Sewerage Companies (WSSC) in Albania”.

The letter explains that the staff of WSSCs subject to Certification includes the levels of Technical Director, Manager, Supervisor and Qualified Employee (managerial and operational positions) respectively for the areas of:

• Water distribution
• Water production and treatment
• Wastewater collection
• Wastewater treatment

The Certification process will go through two phases: the Initial phase: screening and pre-qualification of candidates based on education and experience in the water supply and sewerage sector, and the Second phase: qualification based on training and testing.[:]
