Virtual Workshop on GIS/ Network Data Management in the Framework of the “Asset Management in Water Supply and Sewerage Utilities of Albania” Project

SHUKALB organizoi më datë 8 maj, 2020, workshopin virtual për shoqëritë ujësjellës kanalizime të cilët i janë bashkuar këtë vit projektit projektit  “Menaxhimi i Aseteve në Shoqëritë Ujësjellës Kanalizme të Shqipërisë”.  Qëllimi i workshopit ishte për tju uruar mirëseardhjen Shoqërive UK dhe për të prezantuar fazën e parë të projektit (Faza Silver) në lidhje me metodologjite bazë të Menaxhimit të të Dhënave në Rrjet.

Në workshop morën pjesë përfaqësues nga shoqëritë UK Pogradec, Korçë, Maliq dhe Lushnjë të regjistruar këtë vit, dhe partnerët e përfshirë në zbatimin e projektit, si Ministria e Infrastrukturës dhe Energjisë (MIE), Shoqata Ndërkombëtare e Kompanive Ujësjellës Kanalizime në Zonën e Mbulimit të Lumit Danub (IAWD), GIZ – Fondet e Hapura te Rajonit (ORF), Kompania Hydro-Comp (HCE), Qipro dhe SHUKALB.

Pas fjalës përshëndetëse nga secili prej partnerëve të Projektit, Menaxherja e Projektit Arbana Kola e cila moderoi workshopin filloi me një prezantim të përgjithshëm mbi Projektin, duke përfshirë gjithashtu përfitimet dhe pritshmëritë. Axhenda vazhdoi me një prezantim nga ekipi teknik i Projektit mbi Softuerin EDAMS, i ndjekur nga një prezantim që përshkruan fazën e parë të zbatimit të projektit me shembuj nga viti i kaluar. Shoqëritë UK të regjistruara morën në mënyrë elektronike të gjitha materialet e nevojshme për fillimin e Projektit.

Në fund, Arbana Kola prezantoi një përmbledhje të shkurtër të aktiviteteve të ardhshme të Projektit, dhe moderoi një diskutim me pyetje nga pjesëmarrësit.[:en]

On 8 May 2020, SHUKALB organized a virtual workshop via Zoom platform for the new water utilities that have joined this year the “Asset Management in Water Supply and Sewerage Utilities of Albania” Project.  The objective of the workshop was to welcome the water utilities and to present the first phase (Silver Level) of the Project, on the Network Data Management Methodology.

The workshop was attended by representatives from the water utilities of Pogradec, Korca, Maliq and Lushnje, registered this year, and the partners involved in the implementation of the Project to include GIZ – Open Regional Funds, Hydro-Comp Enterprise (HCE), Cyprus, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy (MIE), and the International Association of Water Supply Companies in the Danube River Catchment Area (IAWD).

After the welcoming words from each of the partners of the Project, the Project Manager Arbana Kola who moderated the workshop started with an overall presentation on the Project covering also the benefits and expectations.  The agenda continued with a presentation by the technical team of the Project on the EDAMS Software followed by a presentation describing the first phase of project implementation with examples from last year.  The registered water utilities received electronically all the materials needed to start the Project.

At the end, Arbana Kola presented a brief overview on the upcoming activities of the Project, and moderated a discussion with questions from the participants.[:]
