SHUKALB Participates at the Webinars Organized by the Project “Regional Capacity Development Network for Water and Sanitation Services (RCDN)” on “Project Cycle Management (PCM)”

Në datat 28 maj, 11 dhe 25 qershor 2020, Projekti ” Rrjeti Rajonal i Zhvillimit të Kapaciteteve për Furnizimin me Ujë dhe Kanalizimet (RCDN)”, organizoi tre webinarë me temë “Menaxhimi i Ciklit të Projektit (MCP)” me fokus mbi Monitorimin dhe Vlerësimin.

Në këto webinarë morën pjesë personat përgjegjës për RCDN pranë shoqatave të qeverisjes vendore dhe shoqërive ujësjellës kanalizime. SHUKALB u përfaqësua nga Jonida Ahmeti personi përgjegjës për RCDN.

Objektivi i webinarëve ishte të ndihmonte organizatat partnere të mësonin procesin e MCP-së dhe të përmirësonin aftësitë e raportimit në kuadër të zbatimit të projektit RCDN. Webinarët kombinuan shembuj teorikë, si dhe praktikë dhe detyra shtëpie për shkëmbim të mëtejshëm midis pjesëmarrësve dhe sqarime të treguesve RCDN dhe matricës M&E.[:en]

On 28 May, 11 and 25 June 2020, the Project “Regional Capacity Development Network for Water and Sanitation Services (RCDN)”, organized three webinars on the topic “Project Cycle Management (PCM)” with focus on Monitoring and Evaluation.

The webinars were attended by the focal points of local government’ and public utility companies’ associations.  SHUKALB was represented by Jonida Ahmeti the focal point for RCDN.

The aim of the webinars was to help partner organizations learn the process of PCM and improve reporting skills in the frame of RCDN project implementation.  The webinars combined theoretical as well as practical examples and homework for further exchange among participants and clarifications of RCDN indicators and M&E matrix.[:]
