SHUKALB Delivers Successfully Two Training Courses During July 2021

During July 2021, SHUKALB delivered successfully two more training courses “Preliminary and Primary Wastewater Treatment” and “Management”.
The “Preliminary and Primary Wastewater Treatment” training course was delivered on 14 July at Grand Hotel Tirana. It was the first time for this training course to be delivered in the framework of SHUKALB Training Program.
The training was attended by 12 engineers of water supply and sewerage companies of Tirana, Korça, and Saranda, and it was delivered by Prof. Dr. Enkelejda Gjinali, Lecturer at the Department of Environmental Engineering, Polytechnic University of Tirana.
Participants received sufficient knowledge on key topics of wastewater treatment such as preliminary treatment, primary treatment and septic tanks. The training was considered very valuable by all participants, both for the shared knowledge and for the discussions.

The “Management” training course was delivered during 22-23 July 2021, with the participation of the managers and specialists of sales, engineering and human resources departments of Tirana Water Supply and Sewerage Company. The training was delivered by trainer Arian Gjorga, Consultant and Expert in Management.

This was the second time that SHUKALB delivered this training course during this year. The first one was delivered online via Zoom on 23-24 March 2021.
Participants gained the necessary knowledge and skills to meet their daily challenges and responsibilities in areas such as communication, team management, organizational culture, problem solving, decision making and financial management. The training was considered very valuable by all participants.[:]
