SHUKALB Organizes the Generic Train of Trainers on “Adult Learning and Soft Skills”

On 16^th of November 2022, in Tirana, SHUKALB organized the Train of Trainers (ToT) on “Adult Learning and Soft Skills” in the framework of the Project Regional Capacity Development Network for Water and Sanitation Services (RCDN).

The ToT was attended by trainers of SHUKALB and RCDN, representing the Water Supply and Sewerage Company of Tirana, Shkodra as well as SHUKALB. The ToT was led by Arian Gjorga, Freelance Expert.

The main objective of the ToT was for participants to get theoretical and practical knowledge on how to plan, organize and deliver training.

Participants were introduced to topics such as Types of training, Adult learning, Training Design, Teaching Methods, Teaching and learning resources and Training delivery.  The ToT included several interactive group discussions and practical exercises.

At the last exercise, the participants were divided into groups, where they choose a specific topic and worked out a presentation plan for the training. From each group, one of the group members presented the topic in the format of a training provider.

The feedback received at the end of the training from the participants was very positive, in regard of how the training was organized and the skills shown by the Trainer.
