“Throughout all this time of implementing the IAM Project, I have seen asset management as a key component for the water utilities, and at the same time, a very challenging one. I strongly believe that it is essential for the water utilities to invest in building staff capacities and introducing state-of-art solutions. In this regard, through my role in the IAM project and as a member of the IWA Strategic Asset Management Specialist Group, it is my commitment to contribute to increasing the performance of water utilities and as a result the efficiency of the water sector in Albania.”
