SHUKALB Participates at the RCDN Training on EU Funding Sources

The Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN) Project organized on 24 February and 3 March 2022 the online Training on EU Funding Sources. The overall objective of the training was to strengthen the capacities of RCDN partner associations and their members for better absorption of EU funds.

The training was attended by fourteen representatives from RCDN partner associations of local governments (LGAs) and associations of water utilities (APUCs).  SHUKALB was represented at the training by Alban Kushi, Manager of Member Services, Ermira Vasili, Finance Administrator and Arbana Kola, Project Manager of the Integrated Asset Management Project. The training was delivered by Ms. Vanja Starovlah, Union of Montenegro Municipalities and Mr. Darko Mrvaljevic, Municipal Councilor from Danilovgrad, Montenegro

The training provided the participants with the opportunity to benefit from learning about funding opportunities from different EU programs and instruments, and introduce them to the basic principles of the Western Balkans Investment Framework (WBIF), as a key EU instrument for support in the preparation and implementation of infrastructure projects.[:]
