Takimi i par\u00eb i Bordit K\u00ebshillues t\u00eb Projektit (PAB) t\u00eb Rrjetit Rajonal p\u00ebr Zhvillimin e Kapaciteteve p\u00ebr Sh\u00ebrbimet e Furnizimit me Uj\u00eb dhe Kanalizimeve (RCDN) u mbajt m\u00eb 9 n\u00ebntor 2017, n\u00eb Beograd, Serbi. \u00a0Takimi u organizua nga Ekipi i Zbatimit t\u00eb Projektit (PIT), i p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga tre organizata partnere: NALAS, IAWD dhe Aquasan, dhe SHUKALB u p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsua nga Elisabeta Poci, Z\u00ebvend\u00ebs Drejtorja Ekzekutive.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb takim mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb Shoqatave t\u00eb Ujit dhe Shoqatave t\u00eb Qeverisjes Vendore nga vendet e p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb projekt, s\u00eb bashku me donator\u00ebt dhe Institucionet Financiare Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, t\u00eb interesuar n\u00eb zhvillimin e nj\u00eb partneriteti t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm me RCDN n\u00eb ofrimin e masave shoq\u00ebruese p\u00ebr zhvillimin e kapaciteteve p\u00ebr projektet e tyre t\u00eb investimeve n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb rajonin.<\/p>\n

Objektivi i projektit RCDN \u00ebsht\u00eb rritja e efikasitetit dhe efe\u00e7enc\u00ebs t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, duke kontribuar n\u00eb ofrimin e sh\u00ebrbimeve m\u00eb t\u00eb mira p\u00ebr nj\u00eb num\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb grupeve t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb qasje n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimet e furnizimit me uj\u00eb t\u00eb pijsh\u00ebm dhe kanalizimeve dhe p\u00ebrmbushjen e standardeve t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb. \u00a0RCDN p\u00ebrfshin 16 Shoqata t\u00eb Qeverisjes Vendore dhe Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime n\u00eb 6 vende t\u00eb projektit (Shqip\u00ebri, Bosnj\u00eb dhe Hercegovin\u00eb, Kosov\u00eb, Maqedoni, Mali i Zi dhe Serbi), nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrfituesit final jan\u00eb menaxher\u00ebt e lart\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mes\u00ebm nga shoq\u00ebrive komunale dhe uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime. \u00a0Projekti RCDN do t\u00eb implementohet nga 2017-2020, me nj\u00eb buxhet prej 6,8 milion Euro, t\u00eb siguruara nga SECO dhe Ministria Federale e Bashk\u00ebpunimit Ekonomik dhe Zhvillim (BMZ).<\/p>\n

Bordi K\u00ebshillues i Projektit diskutoi dhe miratoi drejtimet strategjike dhe modelin operacional t\u00eb RCDN-s\u00eb, Planin Operacional 2018, i dakord\u00ebsuar n\u00eb hapat m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm n\u00eb operacionalizimin RCDN dhe sqaroi \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e hapura.[:en]

The 1st<\/sup> meeting of the Project Advisory Board (PAB) of the Regional Capacity Development Network for Water and Sanitation Services (RCDN) was held on 9 November 2017, in Belgrade, Serbia.\u00a0 The meeting was organized by the Project Implementation Team (PIT), made up of three partner organizations: NALAS, IAWD and Aquasan, and SHUKALB was represented by Elisabeta Poci, Deputy Executive Director.<\/p>\n

The meeting was attended by representatives of Water Associations as well as Local Government Associations from the countries involved in the project, along with donors and International Finance Institutions (IFIs), interested in developing a potential partnership with the RCDN in providing accompanying capacity development measures for their infrastructure investment projects throughout the region.<\/p>\n

The RCDN project objective is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of water utilities in the Western Balkans, contributing to provision of better services for a larger numbers of population groups getting access to drinking water and sanitation services and meeting the EU standards.\u00a0 RCDN includes 16 Local Government and Public Utility Associations in 6 project countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia), while the final beneficiaries are the top and middle managers from municipal and water utility companies.\u00a0 RCDN project will be implemented from 2017-2020, with a budget of 6,8 Million EUR, provided by SECO and Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).<\/p>\n

The Project Advisory Board discussed and endorsed the RCDN strategic directions and operational model, the 2018 Operational Plan, agreed upon the next steps in operationalizing RCDN and clarified the open issues.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
