Ky program mb\u00ebshtet shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse p\u00ebr mbledhjen, auditimin dhe analizimin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave q\u00eb kan\u00eb lidhje me efi\u00e7enc\u00eb komerciale dhe p\u00ebr marrjen e masave bazuar n\u00eb ato t\u00eb dh\u00ebna p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur uljen e kostove, rritjen ark\u00ebtimeve dhe efi\u00e7enc\u00ebn komerciale n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi. Ofron nj\u00eb qasje t\u00eb standardizuar dhe t\u00eb detajuar p\u00ebr planifikimin e biznesit dhe siguron mjetet dhe masat p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar efi\u00e7enc\u00ebn komerciale.<\/p>\n

Formati i k\u00ebtij programi \u00ebsht\u00eb i nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb form\u00ebn e tre (3) workshope-ve dy (2) ditor\u00eb, t\u00eb shtrir\u00eb p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb vitit.\u00a0 Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre workshopeve, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit do t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb analizojn\u00eb tregues t\u00eb performanc\u00ebs s\u00eb kompanis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre, dhe mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb prodhojn\u00eb nj\u00eb plan veprimi me objektiva specifik\u00eb, t\u00eb cilin kompania mund ta p\u00ebrdor\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjet e nevojshme.<\/p>\n

Programi do t\u00eb organizohet n\u00eb partneritet me Shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime Kor\u00e7\u00eb, e cila do t\u00eb v\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion ambjentet e saj p\u00ebr zhvillimin e workshop-eve, si dhe stafin e saj profesional p\u00ebr demonstrimin n\u00eb praktik\u00eb t\u00eb temave specifike t\u00eb programit.<\/p>\n

This Program supports participating utility companies in collecting, auditing and analyzing data related to commercial efficiency and developing actions based on that data to support reduction of costs, increase revenue collection and overall commercial efficiency. It offers a standardized and detailed approach for business planning and provides tools and actions to improve commercial efficiency.<\/p>\n

The program consists of three (3) workshops, each of them delivered in two (2) days, spread throughout the year. \u00a0During these workshops, the participants will be able to analyze performance indicators of their utility, and based on this to produce an action plan with specific objectives, that can be used by the utilitiy for making the necessary interventions.<\/p>\n

The program will be organized in partnership with Korca Water Supply and Sewerage Company, who will make available its premises for the delivery of the workshops, as well as its professional staff for the demonstration in practice of specific topics of the program.<\/p>\n
