shoq\u00ebrie UK t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhur, ku do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet dhe demonstrimi n\u00eb praktik\u00eb i temave specifike t\u00eb programit.\u00a0 Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre workshopeve, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit do t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb analizojn\u00eb tregues t\u00eb performanc\u00ebs s\u00eb kompanis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre, dhe mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb prodhojn\u00eb nj\u00eb plan veprimi me objektiva specifik\u00eb, t\u00eb cilin kompania mund ta p\u00ebrdor\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjet e nevojshme.<\/p>\n<p>Ju mund t\u00eb href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Programet-D-LeaP.pdf\">D-LeaP programs<\/a> are still open.\u00a0 SHUKALB and SHUKOS have joined the Danube Learning Partnership (D-LeaP), and as part of that they are offering the three capacity development programs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/D-LeaP_CE_0417.pdf\">Commercial Efficiency<\/a> (program starts in 12 April)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/D-LeaP_EE_0417.pdf\">Energy Efficiency<\/a> (program starts in May)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/D-LeaP_NRW_0417.pdf\">Non-Revenue Water Reduction<\/a> (program starts in May)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The programs aim to improve performance of particular areas of water utilities. \u00a0The format of these programs consists of three (3) workshops, each of them delivered in two (2) days, spread throughout the year. \u00a0The workshops will be organized at the premises of a selected water utility, where the specific topics of the program will be demonstrated also in practice. \u00a0During these workshops, the participants will be able to analyze performance indicators of their utility, and based on this to produce an action plan with specific objectives, that can be used by the utility for making the necessary
