Nj\u00eb workshop rajonal mbi “Rregullimin Ekonomik t\u00eb Sektorit t\u00eb Ujit n\u00eb Vende t\u00eb Ndryshme”<\/em> u organizua m\u00eb 15 maj 2018, n\u00eb Bukuresht, Rumani, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Forumit Rajonal t\u00eb Ujit t\u00eb Danubit t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs Lindore 2018, q\u00eb u zhvillua m\u00eb 14 dhe 16 maj.<\/p>\n

Workshopi u organizua me mb\u00ebshtetjen e Komisionit Ekonomik t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs Rumune s\u00eb Ujit s\u00eb bashku me tre Grupe Specialist\u00ebsh nga Shoqata Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e Ujit (Ekonomi dhe Statistika, Komunikimi me Publikun dhe Klientin, Qeverisja dhe Rregullimi Institucional) dhe iu drejtua menaxher\u00ebve t\u00eb kompanive t\u00eb ujit, autoriteteve rregullatore, si dhe aktor\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb sektorit t\u00eb ujit.<\/p>\n

Temat e mbuluara nga workshopi p\u00ebrfshinin rregullimin ekonomik t\u00eb ujit, tarifat dhe p\u00ebrballueshm\u00ebria, t\u00eb drejtat dhe detyrimet e konsumator\u00ebve, t\u00eb drejtat dhe detyrimet e kompanive t\u00eb ujit, si dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me publikun dhe komunikimin.<\/p>\n

Shqip\u00ebria u p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsua n\u00eb workshop nga Znj. Brunilda Xhixho, Menaxhere e Marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve me Publikun dhe Median, Shoq\u00ebria Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizimeve Tiran\u00eb dhe Zj. Valbona Paja, Departamenti i Planifikimit dhe Raportimit, Shoq\u00ebria Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizimeve Shkod\u00ebr, t\u00eb cilat ishin ftuar si fol\u00ebse n\u00eb workshop. \u00a0Znj. Xhixho prezantoi \u201dKujdesi ndaj klientit \u2013 Fokusi i ri i ofrimit t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit sa m\u00eb cil\u00ebsor\u201d<\/em>, nd\u00ebrsa znj. Paja prezantoi “Sfidat e p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb klientit gjat\u00eb zbatimit t\u00eb reform\u00ebs n\u00eb sektorin e ujit”<\/em>. \u00a0T\u00eb dyja prezantuan p\u00ebrvojat e tyre n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse n\u00eb lidhje me qasjen e kujdesit ndaj klientit dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me publikun. Prezantimet t\u00ebrhoq\u00ebn interesin e audienc\u00ebs dhe u prit\u00ebn mjaft mir\u00eb.[:en]

A Regional Workshop on \u201cEconomic Regulation of the Water Sector in Different Countries<\/em>\u201d was organized on 15 May 2018, in Bucharest, Romania, in the framework of the Danube Eastern Europe Regional Water Forum 2018 that took place during 14 and 16 May.<\/p>\n

The workshop was organized with the support of the Economic Commission of the Romanian Water Association together with three Specialist Groups from the International Water Association (Economics and Statistics, Public and Customer Communication and Institutional Governance and Regulation) and it targeted the managers of water companies, regulatory authorities, as well as other stakeholders of the water sector.<\/p>\n

The topics covered by the workshop included water economic regulation, tariffs and affordability, customer rights and obligations, water companies\u2019 rights and obligations, as well as public relations and communication.<\/p>\n

Albania was represented at the workshop by Ms. Brunilda Xhixho, Head of Public Relations and Media, Tirana Water Supply and Sewerage Company (Tirana WSSC), and Ms. Valbona Paja, Planning and Reporting, Shkodra Water Supply and Sewerage Company, who were both featured as speakers at the workshop.\u00a0 Ms. Xhixho presented on \u201cCustomer Care \u2013 A New Focus of Quality Service in Water Supply Sector<\/em>\u201d, while Ms. Paja\u2019s presented \u201cThe Challenges of Improving Customer Service While Implementing the Water Sector Reform<\/em>\u201d.\u00a0 Both of them presented their experiences at their respective water utility in regard to costumer care approach, and public relations and they attracted the interest of the audience and were very well received.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
