Konferenca e Ujit t\u00eb Danubit u mbajt n\u00eb datat 02-03 maj 2018, n\u00eb Vjen\u00eb, Austri, e organizuar bashk\u00ebrisht nga Banka Bot\u00ebrore dhe Shoqata Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e Kompanive t\u00eb Furnizimit me Uj\u00eb t\u00eb Basenit t\u00eb Lumit Danub (IAWD).\u00a0 Tema e konferenc\u00ebs p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vit ishte “Arritja e sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb: progresi, sfidat dhe veprimet e ardhshme n\u00eb Rajonin e Danubit”.<\/p>\n

Konferenca mblodhi 165 pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs nga qeverit\u00eb komb\u00ebtare dhe lokale, agjencit\u00eb rregullatore, shoqatat e ujit dhe shoqatat profesionale, si dhe akademia, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt vinin nga 16 vende t\u00eb rajonit t\u00eb Danubit.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB u p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsua n\u00eb programin e Konferenc\u00ebs nga Elisabeta Po\u00e7i, Z\u00ebvend\u00ebs Drejtore Ekzekutive, e cila ishte p\u00ebrzgjedhur si paneliste n\u00eb panelin e diskutimit “Veprimet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr arritjen e sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme t\u00eb ujit dhe kanalizimeve”<\/em>. \u00a0N\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e saj, znj. Po\u00e7i ndau pun\u00ebn q\u00eb SHUKALB ka b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb zhvillimin dhe zbatimin e programit t\u00eb saj t\u00eb trajnimit dhe zhvillimit t\u00eb kapaciteteve p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, si nj\u00eb mjet i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr arritjen e q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizimeve n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen. \u00a0P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, si pjes\u00eb e vizionit afatgjat\u00eb t\u00eb SHUKALB p\u00ebr q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb, znj. Konferenca u ndoq nga nj\u00eb delegacion i madh p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesish t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime, si dhe aktor\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb si Ministria e Infrastruktur\u00ebs dhe Energjetik\u00ebs dhe Enti Rregullator i Ujit. \u00a0Fol\u00ebs t\u00eb tjer\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb Programit t\u00eb Konferenc\u00ebs ishin Evis Gjebrea, N\u00ebn Drejtoresh\u00eb e P\u00ebrgjithshme e Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime Tiran\u00eb, e cila mbajti nj\u00eb prezantim mbi “Modernizimin e fuqis\u00eb pun\u00ebtore: Prezantimi i diagnostikimit gjinor dhe t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebrvojat me vler\u00ebsimet EDGE”, <\/em>gjat\u00eb sesionit \u201cPolitika t\u00eb zgjuara p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbime gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse”. \u00a0Arlinda Ibrahimllari, Drejtoresh\u00eb Teknike e Departamentit Sanitar, Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizimeve Kor\u00e7\u00eb, mbajti nj\u00eb prezantim mbi “Zvog\u00eblimin e kostove t\u00eb operimit dhe mir\u00ebmbajtjes p\u00ebrmes zbatimit t\u00eb energjis\u00eb diellore n\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime Kor\u00e7\u00eb \u2013 Eksperiencat e zbatimit nga Shqip\u00ebria” Sh\u00ebrbime t\u00eb Forta N\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet Inovacionit”<\/em>. \u00a0Znj. Ibrahimllari ishte gjithashtu paneliste n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn plenare mbyll\u00ebse t\u00eb Konferenc\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

The Danube Water Conference was held on 02-03 May, 2018, in Vienna, Austria, jointly organized by the World Bank and the International Association of Water Supply Companies in the Danube River Catchment Area (IAWD).\u00a0 The theme of the Conference for this year was \u201cAchieving sustainable water and sanitation for all: progress, challenges and future actions in the Danube Region\u201d. The conference brought together 165 participants from national and local governments, regulatory agencies, water utilities and professional associations as well as academia coming from 16 countries in the Danube region.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB was represented at the Conference program by Elisabeta Poci, Deputy Executive Director, who was featured as a panelist at the panel discussion \u201cInternational and National Actions to Achieve Sustainable Water and Sanitation Services<\/em>\u201d. In her remarks, Ms. Poci shared the work that SHUKALB has been doing in developing and implementing its training and capacity development program for the water supply and sewerage utilities in Albania, as an important tool to achieving sustainability of water supply and sewerage services in the future.\u00a0 In addition, as part of SHUKALB\u2019s long term vision of sustainability, Ms. Poci mentioned SHUKALB\u2019s work through the years, in increasing awareness among young generations on water issues, through its outreach and educational programs.<\/p>\n

The Conference was attended by a large delegation of representatives of water utilities, as well as stakeholders such as the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy and the Water Regulatory Authority.\u00a0 Other Albanian speakers part of the Conference Program were Evis Gjebrea, Deputy General Director, Tirana Water Supply and Sewerage Company, who delivered a presentation on \u201cModernization of the Workforce: Introduction in Gender and Age Diagnostic and Experiences with EDGE Assessments<\/em>\u201d, during the \u201cSmart Policies for Inclusive Services\u201d session.\u00a0 Arlinda Ibrahimllari, Technical Director of the Sanitation Department at Korca Water Supply and Sewerage Company, delivered also a presentation on \u201cReduction of Operation and Maintenance Costs by Implementing Solar Energy at the Water Utility of Korca City \u2013 Implementation Experiences from Albania<\/em>\u201d, during the \u201cStrong Utilities Through Innovation\u201d parallel session.\u00a0 Ms. Ibrahimllari was also a panelist at the closing plenary session of the Conference.<\/p>\n
