[:sq]P\u00ebrmes Vendimit m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit nr. 431, dat\u00eb 11.7.2018, K\u00ebshilli i Ministrave t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb vendosi krijimin e Agjencis\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs-Kanalizimeve dhe Infrastruktur\u00ebs s\u00eb Mbetjeve (AKUM), e cila do t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Infrastruktur\u00ebs dhe Energjis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Ky Vendim i atribuon Agjencis\u00eb s\u00eb m\u00ebparshme Komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizimeve (AKUK) disa detyra dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi shtes\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e mbetjeve urbane.\u00a0 N\u00eb vendimin e miratuar theksohet se AKUM-i \u00ebsht\u00eb organ shtet\u00ebror i specializuar n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs-kanalizimeve, t\u00eb trajtimit t\u00eb uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb ndotura dhe mbetjeve, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me kompetencat e p\u00ebrcaktuara n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb Vendim.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia e AKUM-it n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e mbetjeve urbane lidhet me planifikimin territorial dhe infrastruktur\u00ebn e mbetjeve, sipas fush\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb t\u00eb ministris\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr infrastruktur\u00ebn, e p\u00ebrcaktuar me Vendimin nr. 504\/2017, t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Ministrave.<\/p>\n

AKUM-i, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet autoritetit t\u00eb tij ligjor e teknik, koordinon dhe monitoron t\u00eb gjitha aktivitetet sektoriale t\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs-kanalizimeve, trajtimin e uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb ndotura, planifikimin territorial dhe infrastruktur\u00ebn e mbetjeve, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me t\u00eb gjitha institucionet e vendit, n\u00eb nivel qendror e vendor. \u00a0AKUM-i mb\u00ebshtet teknikisht zbatimin e politikave dhe strategjive n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs-kanalizimeve, t\u00eb trajtimit t\u00eb uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb ndotura, planifikimit territorial dhe infrastruktur\u00ebs s\u00eb mbetjeve.<\/p>\n

 [:en]Following the latest Decision No. 431, date 11.07.2018, the Council of Ministers of Albania decided to establish the National Agency for Water Supply and Sewerage and Waste Infrastructure (AKUM), which will be under the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy.<\/p>\n

This Decision assigns to the previous National Water Supply and Sewerage Agency (AKUK) some additional duties and responsibilities in the field of urban waste. \u00a0The approved Decision states that AKUM is a government body specialized in water supply and sewerage, wastewater treatment and waste management, in accordance with the competences defined in this Decision.<\/p>\n

Responsibility of AKUM in the field of urban waste relates to territorial and infrastructure planning of urban wastes, according to the area of responsibility of the line ministry for infrastructure, determined by the Council of Ministers Decision No. 504\/2017.<\/p>\n

AKUM, through its legal and technical authority, coordinates and monitors all the sectorial activities of water supply and sewerage, wastewater treatment, territorial planning and waste infrastructure, in cooperation with all institutions of the country at central and local level. AKUM technically supports the implementation of policies and strategies in the field of water supply and sewerage, wastewater treatment, territorial planning and waste infrastructure.<\/p>\n
