SHUKALB me krenari d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb njoftoj\u00eb se m\u00eb 28 shtator 2018, Ministri Damian Gjiknuri, Ministria e Infrastruktur\u00ebs dhe Energjis\u00eb, nxorri Udh\u00ebzimin nr. 660 “Krijimi i nj\u00eb Programi t\u00eb Institucionalizuar Trajnimi Komb\u00ebtar dhe Certifikimi Bazuar n\u00eb Testim p\u00ebr drejtuesit operacional\u00eb t\u00eb Shoq\u00ebrive Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizimeve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri”. \u00a0Q\u00ebllimi i Programit Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Trajnimit dhe Certifikimit Bazuar n\u00eb Testim \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb trajnoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb rris\u00eb aft\u00ebsit\u00eb profesionale dhe performanc\u00ebn operacionale t\u00eb personelit q\u00eb punon n\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet k\u00ebrkesave dhe procedurave t\u00eb certifikimit t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb testim.<\/p>\n

Programi do t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb nj\u00eb fuqi pun\u00ebtore m\u00eb efi\u00e7ente dhe efektive n\u00eb sektorin e furnizimit me uj\u00eb dhe kanalizimeve, me nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsim m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e sh\u00ebndetit publik dhe m\u00ebnyrat p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar performanc\u00ebn e shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime.<\/p>\n

Ky kuad\u00ebr ligjor \u00ebsht\u00eb rezultat i p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb SHUKALB, i mb\u00ebshtetur teknikisht nga grant projekti “Zhvillimi i Q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm i Kapaciteteve t\u00eb Sektorit t\u00eb Ujit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri”, me mb\u00ebshtetjen financiare t\u00eb Agjencis\u00eb s\u00eb Shteteve t\u00eb Bashkuara p\u00ebr Zhvillim Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar (USAID), bashk\u00ebpunimit t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb aktor\u00ebt e sektorit t\u00eb ujit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri , dhe n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti t\u00eb partneritetit me Ministrin\u00eb e Infrastruktur\u00ebs dhe Energjis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB po ndihmon dhe do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb punoj\u00eb ngusht\u00eb me Ministrin\u00eb dhe Agjencin\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs-Kanalizimeve dhe Infrastruktur\u00ebs s\u00eb Mbetjeve (AKUM) p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar rregullat e m\u00ebtejshme p\u00ebr zbatimin e Programit.[:en]

SHUKALB is proud to announce that on 28 September 2018, Minister Damian Gjiknuri, Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy of Albania, issued the Instruction No. 660 \u201cEstablishing an Institutionalized National Training and Test-Based Certification Program for operational managers of Water Supply and Sewerage Utilities in Albania\u201d.\u00a0 The objective of the National Training and Test\u2013Based Certification Program is to train and raise the professional skills and operational performance of the personnel that work in a utility by way of test-based certification requirements and procedures.<\/p>\n

The Program will provide for a more efficient and effective water supply and sewerage sector workforce, with a higher awareness of public health protection and ways to improve utility performance.<\/p>\n

This legal framework is the result of SHUKALB\u2019s efforts, technically supported by the grant Project \u201cSustainable Water Sector Capacity Development in Albania\u201d, with financial support from United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the close cooperation with all water sector stakeholders in Albania, and in particular of the partnership with the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy of Albania.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB is assisting and will continue to work closely with the Ministry and National Water Supply-Sewerage and Waste Infrastructure Agency (AKUM) to set up further regulations for the implementation of the Program.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
