M\u00eb 18 shtator 2018, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH dhe Agjencia Austriake p\u00ebr Zhvillim (ADA) organizuan nj\u00eb takim me q\u00ebllim prezantimin e fillimit t\u00eb programit IPA 2016 me titull\u00a0 \u201cMb\u00ebshtetja e Bashkimit Evropian n\u00eb Reform\u00ebn e Sektorit t\u00eb Ujit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri\u201d. \u00a0N\u00eb takim mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb aktor\u00ebve t\u00eb sektorit t\u00eb ujit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, nga qeveria qendrore, bashkit\u00eb, shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime, agjencit\u00eb, OJQ-t\u00eb, donator\u00ebt, Delegacioni i BE-s\u00eb etj.<\/p>\n

Programi bashk\u00ebfinancohet nga Bashkimi Evropian, Ministria Federale Gjermane p\u00ebr Bashk\u00ebpunim dhe Zhvillim Ekonomik dhe Bashk\u00ebpunimi Austriak p\u00ebr Zhvillim, me nj\u00eb total prej rreth 5.8 milion euro.<\/p>\n

Agjencia Austriake p\u00ebr Zhvillim (ADA) zbaton komponentin e par\u00eb t\u00eb programit, i cili fokusohet n\u00eb menaxhimin e integruar t\u00eb ujrave. \u00a0Partneri kryesor komb\u00ebtar \u00ebsht\u00eb Agjencia e Menaxhimit t\u00eb Burimeve Ujore (AMBU).<\/p>\n

Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH do t\u00eb zbatoj\u00eb komponentin e dyt\u00eb mbi trajtimin e ujrave t\u00eb zeza. \u00a0P\u00ebrfituesit kryesor\u00eb jan\u00eb Ministria e Infrastruktur\u00ebs dhe Energjetik\u00ebs (MIE) dhe Agjencia Komb\u00ebtare e Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs-Kanalizimeve dhe Infrastruktur\u00ebs s\u00eb Mbetjevete (AKUM).\u00a0 Projekti do t\u00eb punoj\u00eb ngusht\u00ebsisht n\u00eb nivel q\u00ebndror me MIE dhe AKUM, si dhe n\u00eb nivel lokal me Bashkit\u00eb dhe Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb e Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizimeve n\u00eb bregdetin shqiptar (Velipoj\u00eb, Lezh\u00eb\/Sh\u00ebngjin, Durr\u00ebs, Kavaj\u00eb, Vlor\u00eb, Ksamil dhe Sarand\u00eb, Orikum por edhe t\u00eb reja si Divjaka, Spilleja dhe Riviera e detit Jon nga Dh\u00ebrmiu n\u00eb Sarand\u00eb).<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrve\u00e7 p\u00ebrfituesve kryesor\u00eb, SHUKALB \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt si nj\u00eb nga aktor\u00ebt kryesor\u00eb komb\u00ebtar\u00eb, s\u00ebbashku me Agjencin\u00eb e re t\u00eb Menaxhimit t\u00eb Burimeve Ujore, Entin Rregullator t\u00eb Ujit, Ministrin\u00eb e Turizmit dhe Mjedisit dhe Agjencin\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Mjedisit.<\/p>\n

Komponenti i par\u00eb i programit do t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb rreth 4 vite, deri n\u00eb Janar 2022, nd\u00ebrsa komponenti i dyt\u00eb p\u00ebr rreth 3 vite deri n\u00eb Shkurt 2021.<\/p>\n

On 18th<\/sup> of September 2018, in Tirana, the Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and Austrian Development Agency (ADA) organized a meeting in order to present the launch of the IPA 2016 Programme called “European Union support to the Water Sector Reform in Albania”.\u00a0 The event was attended by representatives of all the actors of the water sector in Albania, from the central government, municipalities, water utilities, agencies, NGOs, donors, EU Delegation etc.<\/p>\n

The participants were greeted by Ms. Senida Mesi, Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Hantin Bonati, Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Mr. Mario Mariani, Head of Cooperation of the European Union Delegation to Albania, Ms. Susanne Sch\u00fctz, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in Albania and Mr. Martin Ledolter, Managing Director of the Austrian Development Agency.<\/p>\n

The programme is co-funded by the European Union, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, and the Austrian Development Cooperation, for an overall amount of about 5.8 million euros.<\/p>\n

The Austrian Development Agency (ADA) will implement the first component of this program, which focuses on integrated water management. The main national partner is the Water Resource Management Agency (AMBU).<\/p>\n

German Organization for International Cooperation (GIZ) will implement the second component focusing on wastewater management. \u00a0The main beneficiaries are the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy (MIE) and the National Agency for Water Supply, Sanitation and Waste Infrastructure (AKUM).\u00a0 The project will be working closely at national level with the MIE and AKUM, as well as at local level with Municipalities and Water Utilities on the Albanian coastline (Velipoja, Lezha\/Shengjin, Durres, Kavaja, Vlora, Ksamil and Saranda, Orikum but also new ones such as Divjaka, Spille and the Ionian Sea Riviera from Dhermi to Saranda).<\/p>\n

In addition to the main beneficiaries, SHUKALB is involved in this project as one of the key national stakeholders, together with the Agency for Water Resource Management (WRMA), Water Regulatory Authority (WRA), Ministry of Tourism and Environment and National Environment Agency.<\/p>\n

The first component of the program will last about 4 years, until January 2022, while the second component for about 3 years until February 2021.<\/p>\n
