Forumi i Profesionist\u00ebve t\u00eb Rinj t\u00eb Ujit (PRU) u organizua m\u00eb 7 N\u00ebntor 2018, nj\u00eb dit\u00eb para hapjes s\u00eb Konferenc\u00ebs dhe Ekspozit\u00ebs s\u00eb 6-t\u00eb t\u00eb P\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt Ballkanike. \u00a0Q\u00ebllimi i forumit \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb nj\u00eb platform\u00eb shk\u00ebmbimi dhe networking p\u00ebr t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb, student\u00ebt ose t\u00eb diplomuar n\u00eb hapat e para t\u00eb karrier\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t’i motivoj\u00eb ata t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb zhvillojn\u00eb nj\u00eb karrier\u00eb n\u00eb sektorin e ujit. \u00a0P\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur k\u00ebt\u00eb, forumi ofroi dy sesione m\u00ebsimore mbi temat “Planifikimi i Karrier\u00ebs dhe Mund\u00ebsive tuaja” dhe “Gjendja e Sektorit – Situata n\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn Lindore, rast studimi: Shqip\u00ebria dhe Kosova”.<\/p>\n

Forumi mblodhi rreth 65 profesionist\u00eb t\u00eb rinj t\u00eb ujit nga Shqip\u00ebria dhe Kosova, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonin jo vet\u00ebm student\u00eb, por edhe profesionist\u00eb t\u00eb angazhuar n\u00eb pozicione t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime, si dhe n\u00eb institucione t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb lidhura me ujin.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB dhe SHUKOS njohin rolin kryesor t\u00eb Profesionist\u00ebve t\u00eb Rinj t\u00eb Ujit. \u00a0Platforma e gjall\u00eb dhe interaktive e PRU-s\u00eb, diskutoi, debatoi dhe ofroi zgjidhje p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar n\u00eb arritjen e “Ujit dhe Natyr\u00ebs” p\u00ebr rritje t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme si tem\u00ebn kryesore t\u00eb Konferenc\u00ebs dhe Ekspozit\u00ebs s\u00eb P\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt Ballkanike 2018.<\/p>\n

Pas prezantimeve, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit u angazhuan n\u00eb diskutime n\u00eb grup p\u00ebr sfidat e sektorit t\u00eb ujit t\u00eb cilat u identifikuan nga fol\u00ebsit n\u00eb sesionin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm. \u00a0N\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet diskutimeve plenare, PRU-t\u00eb me background t\u00eb disiplinave t\u00eb ndryshme diskutuan zgjidhje t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet rajonale t\u00eb ujit duke zbuluar se problemet dhe shqet\u00ebsimet ishin t\u00eb ngjashme n\u00eb t\u00eb dy vendet, si: humbjet e ujit, cil\u00ebsia e ujit, mbulimi dhe trajtimi i uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb ndotura dhe zhvillimi i kapaciteteve.<\/p>\n

Forumi i PRU-s\u00eb u organizua fal\u00eb pun\u00ebs vullnetare t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Komitetit Organizativ nga t\u00eb dy vendet. \u00a0Pas Forumit, profesionist\u00ebt e rinj t\u00eb ujit tashm\u00eb po planifikojn\u00eb eventin e tyre t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm dhe po k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb kontribute nga profesionist\u00eb t\u00eb rinj t\u00eb ujit q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb dalin vullnetar\u00eb.<\/p>\n

The Young Water Professional (YWP) Forum was organised on 7 November 2018, a day before the opening of the 6th Balkans Joint Conference and Exhibition 2018.\u00a0 The objective of the forum is to provide a platform of exchange and networking for young people, students or graduates in the early steps of their career, in order to motivate them to stay and develop a career in the water sector. To support this, the forum provided two learning sessions on the subjects \u201cPlanning your Career and Opportunities\u201d and \u201cState of the Sector \u2013situation in the Eastern Europe, case study: Albania and Kosovo\u201d.<\/p>\n

The Forum attracted around 65 young water professionals from Albania and Kosovo, who represented not only students but also professionals engaged in different positions at water utilities as well as other water related institutions.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB and SHUKOS recognize the pivotal role of Young Water Professionals. The lively and interactive YWP platform, discussed, debated and provided solutions to help achieve \u201cWater and Nature\u201d for Sustainable Growth as the main theme of the Balkans Joint Conference and Exhibition 2018.<\/p>\n

A high level panel composed by six panellists: Mr. Petrit Tare, Korca Water Supply and Sewerage Company; Mrs. Enkelejda Gjinali, Faculty of Civil Engineering; Mr. Ndricim Shani, Albanian Water Regulatory Authority; Ms. Etleva Martiri, Austrian Development Agency; Mr. Pirro Cenko, GIZ Albania and Mr. Ilir Abdullahu, Prishtina Regional Water Company, were invited to give insights and share their advice in guiding the YWPs on career development in the water sector in both countries.<\/p>\n

Speakers of the second part of the Forum included Mr. Radoslav Russev, Freelance Consultant, Bulgaria; Mr. Arben Skenderi, General Director of the Albanian National Water Supply Sewerage and Waste Infrastructure Agency (AKUM); and Mr. Baton Begolli, Water Policy Advisor, Prime Minister Office, Kosova.\u00a0 The speakers presented on topics of concern for the water sector in Albania and Kosovo, but also beyond in the Danube region. They invited and encouraged the YWP to become part of the solutions that this sector needs.\u00a0 \u201cThere is a need for motivated YWPs to contribute in finding solutions for the problems in the sector, so the future will look brighter\u201d, <\/em>was stated by Mr.Begolli.<\/p>\n

After the presentations, the participants were engaged in group discussion on the water sector challenges that were identified by the speakers in the previous session.\u00a0 Through plenary discussions, YWPs with multidisciplinary backgrounds discussed new solutions to the regional water issues finding out that the problems and concerns were similar in both countries such as: water losses, water quality, wastewater coverage and treatment, and capacity development.<\/p>\n

The YWP Forum was organized thanks to the volunteer work of members of the Organising Committee from both countries. After the Forum, the young water professionals are already planning their next event, and they are looking for contributions from young water professionals who are willing to volunteer.<\/p>\n
