Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjelles Kanalizime t\u00eb regjistruara n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb projektit jan\u00eb Elbasan, Gramsh, Shkod\u00ebr, Durr\u00ebs, Vlor\u00eb, C\u00ebrrik, Himar\u00eb, Sarand\u00eb, Kavaj\u00eb, P\u00ebrmet, Berat \u2013 Kucov\u00eb dhe Peqin. Grupi i ekspert\u00ebve \u00a0nga SHUKALB dhe kompania Hydro-Comp , n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me stafin p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt pran\u00eb Shoq\u00ebrive UK po punojn\u00eb me t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat q\u00eb k\u00ebto Shoq\u00ebri disponojn\u00eb, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb analizimin e tyre dhe konvertimin n\u00eb GIS Shape file, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb mundur me pas ngarkimin e tyre n\u00eb programin EDAMS me t\u00eb cilin punohet p\u00ebr regjistrimin dhe menaxhimin e aseteve.<\/p>\n

Paralelisht me k\u00ebt\u00eb proces, gjat\u00eb muajit Qershor, ekspert\u00eb nga SHUKALB kan\u00eb filluar vizitat n\u00eb terren n\u00eb disa nga Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb UK si Gramsh, Kavaj\u00eb, Berat \u2013 Kucov\u00eb, Shkod\u00ebr dhe C\u00ebrrik. K\u00ebto vizita do t\u00eb shtrihen gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb vitit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb UK.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb vizitave, jan\u00eb mbledhur t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat paraprake n\u00eb programin AutoCad, harta apo cdo format tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb p\u00ebrmban t\u00eb dh\u00ebna mbi asetet. Ky informacion p\u00ebrpunohet me tej dhe b\u00ebhet digitalizimi n\u00eb formatin GIS me ndihm\u00ebn e ekspert\u00ebve t\u00eb SHUKALB.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb faz\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb projekti synon menaxhimin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave n\u00eb rrjet si nj\u00eb regjist\u00ebr gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs i aseteve p\u00ebr rrjetet e Shoq\u00ebrive UK duke ofruar k\u00ebshtu nj\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnash gjeografike t\u00eb rrjetit me funksionet e duhura p\u00ebr marrjen, strukturimin, mir\u00ebmbajtjen dhe menaxhimin e t\u00eb gjitha aseteve ekzistuese.<\/p>\n

On March of this year, SHUKALB started the implementation of the first phase of the “Asset Management in Water Supply and Sewerage Utilities of Albania\u201d Project. The Project is offered in the framework of the \u201cAsset Management Advisory Services to Water Utilities in South-Eastern Europe\u201d Program which is being implemented through a partnership between Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH GIZ, Hydro-Comp Enterprises Ltd. Cyprus, and the International Association of Water Supply Companies in the Danube River Catchment Area (IAWD).<\/p>\n

The program is part of the Danube Learning Partnership (D-Leap), a regional, integrated and sustainable capacity building initiative of national water utility associations and IAWD.<\/p>\n

The registered water supply and sewerage utilities in this first phase of the Project are Elbasan, Gramsh, Shkodra, Durres, Vlora, Cerrik, Himara, Saranda, Kavaja , Permet, Berat-Kucova and Peqin. The team of experts from SHUKALB and Hydro-Comp enterprise in cooperation with the respective responsible staff from water utilities are working with their data by analyzing and converting them into the GIS Shape files, in order to upload them further into the EDAMS software, which is the software where the asset registration and management will be done.<\/p>\n

Parallel with this process, during the month of June, experts from SHUKALB have conducted field visits to some of the water utilities such as Gramsh, Kavaja, Berat-Kucova, Shkodra and Cerrik. These visits will be extended to all participating water utilities throughout the year.<\/p>\n

During the visits, preliminary data are being collected in AutoCAD program, hard copy maps or any other forms of assets data. This information is further being processed and digitized in a GIS format by the team of experts at SHUKALB.<\/p>\n

In this first phase (silver phase), the project aims a comprehensive asset register network data management for the utility networks thus providing a geographical network database with proper functionality for the capturing, structuring, maintenance and management of all existing assets.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
