All members are entitled to elect representative members to the Board of Directors by category of membership to the Association.<br \/>\nIt is the General Assembly the one who elects the Board of Directors for a three-year mandate to govern the Association.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>BOARD OF DIRECTORS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Association is governed by the Board of Directors that is composed by not less than eight members.\u00a0 The Board is composed by the President of the Association, Representatives\/Directors of the Water Supply and Sewerage Companies of four regions of Albania and one representative from the legal, public and private entities that are members of the association.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The elected Board of Directors elects a President of the Board, from the Board members, to lead the activities of the Board, and appoints an Executive Director to manage the day-to-day activities of the Association.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Board of Directors meet on a regular basis, roughly once in 6 weeks, and discuss based on an Agenda which is preliminary agreed by the Board members prior to the Meeting.
