Projekti Rrjeti Rajonal p\u00ebr Zhvillimin e Kapaciteteve (RCDN*) organizoi m\u00eb 22-23 shtator 2020 trajnimin online mbi Menaxhimin e Ciklit t\u00eb Trajnimit dhe Standardet P\u00ebrkat\u00ebs t\u00eb Cil\u00ebsis\u00eb. Objektivi i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i trajnimit ishte t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsonte kapacitetin e shoqatave partnere t\u00eb RCDN-s\u00eb p\u00ebr dh\u00ebnien cil\u00ebsore t\u00eb formateve t\u00eb RCDN-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Zhvillimin e Kapaciteteve, \u201cTrajnim\u201d dhe “Shk\u00ebmbim i eksperiencave mes koleg\u00ebve”, sipas Standardeve t\u00eb Cil\u00ebsis\u00eb t\u00eb RCDN-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb trajnim mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb kat\u00ebrmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga tet\u00eb shoqata partnere t\u00eb RCDN-s\u00eb t\u00eb qeverisjes lokale dhe shoqatat e shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime. SHUKALB u p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsua n\u00eb trajnim nga Jonida Ahmeti, Menaxhere e Trajnimeve dhe Alban Kushi, Menaxher i Sh\u00ebrbimit ndaj An\u00ebtar\u00ebve. Trajnimi u mbajt nga znj. Jelena Janevska dhe z. Miodrag Koli\u00e7 nga NALAS, an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Ekipit t\u00eb Zbatimit t\u00eb Projektit t\u00eb RCDN-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Trajnimi u dha pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitonin duke m\u00ebsuar n\u00eb lidhje me element\u00ebt kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb ciklit t\u00eb menaxhimit t\u00eb trajnimit, dh\u00ebnien cil\u00ebsore t\u00eb formateve t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb kapacitetit t\u00eb RCDN-s\u00eb, t\u00eb tilla si “Trajnim” dhe “Shk\u00ebmbimi eksperiencave mes koleg\u00ebve” dhe zbatimi i Standardeve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs t\u00eb Cil\u00ebsis\u00eb t\u00eb RCDN-s\u00eb. Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit gjithashtu shk\u00ebmbyen p\u00ebrvoja dhe praktika t\u00eb mira mbi dh\u00ebnien e trajnimeve t\u00eb deritanishme dhe shk\u00ebmbimit mes koleg\u00ebve.<\/p>\n

* RCDN \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt q\u00eb po implementohet nga Fondi i Hapur Rajonal i GIZ (ORF), me financimin e Qeverive t\u00eb Zvicr\u00ebs dhe Gjermanis\u00eb dhe ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim krijimin e nj\u00eb Rrjeti p\u00ebr Zhvillimin e Kapaciteteve Rajonale t\u00eb vet\u00ebq\u00ebndrueshme, me 16 shoqata t\u00eb qeverisjes lokale dhe uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime n\u00eb rajon.<\/em>[:en]

The Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN*) Project organized on 22-23 September 2020 the online Training Management Cycle and Corresponding Quality Standards\u201d. The overall objective of the training was to improve the capacity of RCDN partner associations for quality delivery of RCDN CD formats “Training” and “Peer Exchange” according to established RCDN Quality Standards.<\/p>\n

The training was attended by fourteen representatives from eight RCDN partner associations of local governments (LGAs) and associations of water utilities (APUCs).\u00a0 SHUKALB was represented at the training by Jonida Ahmeti, Manager of Training and Alban Kushi, Manager of Member Services. The training was delivered by Ms. Jelena Janevska and Mr. Miodrag Kolic from NALAS, members of the RCDN Project Implementation Team.<\/p>\n

The training provided the participants with the opportunity to benefit from learning about key elements of training management cycle, quality delivery of RCDN capacity development formats, such as \u201cTraining\u201d and \u201cPeer Exchange\u201d and application of the corresponding RCDN Quality Standards. The participants also exchanged experiences and good practices on so-far training and peer exchange delivery.<\/p>\n
