Artan Guxho.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrtimi i linj\u00ebs s\u00eb re t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb dhe sistemit t\u00eb transmetimit pritet t\u00eb filloj\u00eb n\u00eb muajin shkurt 2016 me nj\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin e tij prej 24 muajsh.\u00a0 Financimi nga Banka Bot\u00ebrore p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb financimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb planifikuar t\u00eb Bank\u00ebs p\u00ebr UK Durr\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb 31.6 milion\u00eb USD. \u00a0Pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij projekti, \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrllogaritur se sasia e ujit n\u00eb dispozicion p\u00ebr t&#8217;u furnizuar n\u00eb sistemin e UK Durr\u00ebs do t\u00eb trefishohet.<\/p>\n<p>Projekti p\u00ebrfshin nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb tubacioni prej 68 kilometra e dedikuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb furnizuar qytetin e Durr\u00ebsit.\u00a0 Gjat\u00eb fjal\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, pas n\u00ebnshkrimit t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes, ministri Edmond Haxhinasto theksoi se ka nj\u00eb pritshm\u00ebri q\u00eb qyteti t\u00eb ket\u00eb furnizim me uj\u00eb 24 or\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme, n\u00eb sasin\u00eb e nevojshme, jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkesat e momentit ku jemi por edhe p\u00ebr at\u00eb t\u00eb shum\u00eb viteve q\u00eb do t\u00eb vijn\u00eb.\u00a0 Ministri Haxhinasto n\u00ebnvizoi se Drejtoria e P\u00ebrgjithshme e Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizimeve dhe supervizori p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs, duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb mundur q\u00eb kontrata t\u00eb realizohet me cil\u00ebsin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e duhur.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_777\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-777\" style=\"width: 230px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Durres-map.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-777\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-777 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Durres-map.jpg\" alt=\"Durres map\" width=\"230\" height=\"222\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-777\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Harta nga ku do te kaloje linja e re (vija e kuqe)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Durr\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb qytet turistik dhe qyteti i dyt\u00eb m\u00eb i madh n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, me nj\u00eb popullsi prej rreth 200.000 banor\u00eb q\u00eb dyfishohet gjat\u00eb sezonit t\u00eb ver\u00ebs.\u00a0 P\u00ebr k\u00ebto arsye, ajo ka qen\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb n\u00eb axhend\u00ebn e prioriteteve t\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb dhe investimi aktual nga Banka Bot\u00ebrore e v\u00ebrteton k\u00ebt\u00eb v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb. \u00a0Objektivat e projektit shkojn\u00eb p\u00ebrtej p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit t\u00eb besueshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb n\u00eb rajonin e Durr\u00ebsit, dhe gjithashtu p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>P\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e efi\u00e7enc\u00ebs s\u00eb kostos p\u00ebr UK Durr\u00ebs<\/li>\n<li>Mb\u00ebshtetjen ndaj p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbatuar strategjin\u00eb sektoriale t\u00eb saj, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe p\u00ebrmbushjen e k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim, duke suportuar nd\u00ebrkaq axhend\u00ebn p\u00ebr nj\u00eb reform\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb n\u00eb plan komb\u00ebtar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Projekti p\u00ebrfshin nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb burimi t\u00eb ri t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb n\u00eb shtratin e lumit Mat n\u00eb Fush\u00eb-Milot me nd\u00ebrtimin e puseve t\u00eb reja, me nj\u00eb kapacitet t\u00eb furnizimit prej 630 litra n\u00eb sekond\u00eb. \u00a0Projekti p\u00ebrfshin gjithashtu nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb stacioni t\u00eb ri pompimi dhe 68 km transmision kryesor nga Fush\u00eb Milot n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs. \u00a0Transmisioni kryesor ekzistues prej \u00e7eliku DN 700 mm do t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr furnizimin e fshatrave p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj linje, n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit.[:en]<figure id=\"attachment_776\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-776\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Durres-1.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-776\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-776 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Durres-1-300x166.jpg\" alt=\"Durres 1\" width=\"300\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-776\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Signing of the Agreement by General Director Alushi with the representative of the Company PWT, and with Minister Haxhinasto and Artan Guxho of The World Bank present.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/p>\n<p>The General Directorate of Water Supply and Sewerage (GDWSS) and the German Company &#8220;PWT&#8221; have recently signed an agreement for the construction of the new water supply and transmission system for the Durres Water Supply and Sewerage Company. \u00a0The agreement was signed by the Director of GDWSS, Mr. Ardian Alushi, and the representative of PWT. Also present at the signing was the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Mr.\u00a0Edmond Haxhinasto; General Director of the Durres Water Supply and Sewerage Company, Mr. Spartak Kovaci; and the local representative of The World Bank, which provided the investment funding, Artan Guxho.<\/p>\n<p>The construction of the new drinking water supply and transmission system is expected to start in February 2016 with the duration for its completion of 24 months. \u00a0The funding from The World Bank for this major part of the Bank\u2019s total planned funding for UK Durres is 31.6 million USD.\u00a0 After the completion of this project, it is estimated that the amount of water available to be supplied to the UK Durres system will be tripled.<\/p>\n<p>The project includes the construction of a 68 Kilometer pipeline dedicated to supply the City of Durres.\u00a0 In his speech, after signing the agreement, Minister Edmond Haxhinasto stressed that it is expected for the city of Durres to be supplied with water 24-hours per day, consistently, at the needed quantities, not only to meet the current actual demand, but also that for many years to come. \u00a0Minister Haxhinasto highlighted that the General Directorate of Water Supply and Sewerage, and the relevant construction supervisor, should enable that the contract be conducted with the highest quality and within the time specified.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_777\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-777\" style=\"width: 178px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Durres-map.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-777\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-777\" src=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Durres-map.jpg\" alt=\"Durres map\" width=\"178\" height=\"172\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-777\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Map of the new water supply system (red line)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Durres is a touristic city, and the second largest city in Albania, with a population of over 200,000 inhabitants that doubles during the summer season.\u00a0 For these reasons, it has always been in the Government\u2019s priority agenda and the current investment by The World Bank proves that special attention.\u00a0 The objectives of the project go beyond improving the reliability of water supply services in the Durres region, and also include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improving of Durres Water Utility\u2019s cost efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Support to the Government&#8217;s efforts for the implementation of its strategy on the sector, including meeting the requirements of joining EU, by supporting the agenda for a broader reform at the National level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The project includes the construction of a new water supply sources in the bed of Mat River in Fushe-Milot with the construction of new wells, with a supply capacity of 630 liters per second.\u00a0 The project alo includes the construction of a new pumping station and 68 kilometer transmission main from Fushe Milot to Durres. \u00a0The existing transmission main of DN 700 mm steel will be used to supply the villages along that line, north of Durres.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[:sq] Drejtoria e P\u00ebrgjithshme e Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizimeve (DPUK) dhe firma gjermane \u201cPWT\u201d, kan\u00eb firmosur marr\u00ebveshjen p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e linj\u00ebs s\u00eb re t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb dhe sistemit t\u00eb transmisionit p\u00ebr<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[205,213],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-3746","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-news","category-newsletter"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/shukalb.al\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/3746","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/shukalb.al\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/shukalb.al\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/shukalb.al\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/2"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/shukalb.al\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=3746"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/shukalb.al\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/3746\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/shukalb.al\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=3746"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/shukalb.al\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcategories&post=3746"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/shukalb.al\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Ftags&post=3746"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
