Sistemet ekzistuese kan\u00eb rezultuar me mang\u00ebsi dhe probleme t\u00eb mprehta dhe jan\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb pamjaftueshme e t\u00eb pap\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrballuar situat\u00ebn e re q\u00eb ka sjell\u00eb p\u00ebr qeverisjen vendore zbatimi i reform\u00ebs territoriale.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i sistemeve t\u00eb menaxhimit t\u00eb informacionit (SMI) ndikon drejtp\u00ebrdrejt n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e aft\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr gjenerimin e raporteve, zvog\u00eblimin e numrit t\u00eb problematikave, automatizimin e nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb procesesh q\u00eb aktualisht kryhen manualisht dhe n\u00eb rritjen e siguris\u00eb dhe besueshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb zgjerimit t\u00eb zon\u00ebs s\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizimeve Tiran\u00eb.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i administrimit operacional e financiar i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb do t\u00eb sjell\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb rritje t\u00eb ndjeshme t\u00eb ardhurash p\u00ebr vet\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe Bashkin\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, por edhe nj\u00eb rritje t\u00eb standardeve t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit q\u00eb shoq\u00ebria dhe Bashkia Tiran\u00eb ju ofrojn\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n

Me synimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur nj\u00eb administrim sa m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb mbledhjes s\u00eb taksave dhe tarifave vendore, me fokus kryesor mbledhjen e taks\u00ebs mbi pron\u00ebn, por edhe administrimin e faturimit, ark\u00ebtimit dhe kontabilizimin p\u00ebr UKT sha, Projekti i USAID, Bashkia Tiran\u00eb dhe UKT Sha. kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunojn\u00eb p\u00ebr instalimin dhe implementimin e paketave t\u00eb programeve TAIS (i personalizuar vet\u00ebm\u00a0 p\u00ebr taks\u00ebn\u00a0 mbi pron\u00ebn) dhe BAWIS si edhe t\u00eb pajisjeve kompjuterike q\u00eb shoq\u00ebrojn\u00eb ato.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij bashk\u00ebpunimi, me dat\u00eb 21 mars 2016, u firmos Marr\u00ebveshja e Bashk\u00ebpunimit midis USAID \/ Projekti p\u00ebr Planifikimin dhe Qeverisjen Vendore (PLGP) – Bashkis\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe UKT sh.a, e pasuar nga firmosja e Marr\u00ebveshjes Teknike midis USAID\/ PLGP dhe UKT sh.a me dat\u00eb 13 prill 2016, p\u00ebr t\u00eb detajuar vazhdim\u00ebsin\u00eb e implementimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij sistemi t\u00eb ri.[:en]

Tirana Municipality and Tirana Water Supply and Sewerage Utility, are faced today with the challenges of modernizing the system that administer the collection of incomes and the provision of local services for citizens.<\/p>\n

The existing systems are insufficient and inadequate to cope with the new situation that implementation of the administrative territorial reform has brought to the local government.<\/p>\n

The improvement of the management information systems (MIS), has a direct impact on improving the ability to generate reports, reducing the number of problems, automating a number of processes that are currently performed manually and increases the reliability and security of data in view of the expansion of the service area of the Water Supply and Sewerage Tirana.<\/p>\n

Improving the operational and financial management of the company will bring not only a significant increase in revenue for the company itself and Tirana Municipality, but also an increase in the service standards provided to citizens.<\/p>\n

In order to address the needs to improve the administration of local tax and tariffs collection process, focus on property tax and financial administration of the water supply and sewerage utility, USAID\/Albania Project, the Municipality of Tirana and UKT have agreed to cooperate in the installation and implementation of the software package of TAIS (personalized only for property tax administration), BAWIS and associated hardware.<\/p>\n

In the framework of this cooperation, on 21 March 2016, was signed the Cooperation Agreement between USAID \/ Planning and Local Governance Project (PLGP) – Municipality of Tirana and UKT sh.a, followed by the signing of Technical Agreement between USAID \/ PLGP and UKT sha on 13 April 2016, with the necessary steps to support the implementation of this new system.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
