SHUKALB do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb shoh\u00eb dhe t\u00eb identifikoj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb tilla trajnimi n\u00eb rajon dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb q\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb rritjen e kapaciteteve t\u00eb stafit t\u00eb saj dhe trajner\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Aktualisht SHUKALB, p\u00ebrmes projektit t\u00eb financuar nga USAID &#8220;Zhvillimi Q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm i Kapaciteteve n\u00eb Sektorin e Ujit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri&#8221; ka zhvilluar tre kurse trajnimi q\u00eb targetojn\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e ujit pa t\u00eb ardhura, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manaxhimi i Humbjeve t\u00eb Ujit I<\/li>\n<li>Manaxhimi i Humbjeve t\u00eb Ujit II<\/li>\n<li>Kontrolli i Rrjedhjeve<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>SHUKALB ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb tashm\u00eb dy kurset e para t\u00eb trajnimit p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vit, dhe do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb dh\u00ebnien e tyre rregullisht, sipas kalendarit t\u00eb saj vjetor t\u00eb trajnimit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;[:en]<figure id=\"attachment_950\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-950\" style=\"width: 236px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Skopje.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-950\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-950 \" src=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Skopje-300x170.jpg\" alt=\"During the Training of Trainers in Non-Revenue Water Reduction in Skopje\" width=\"236\" height=\"134\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-950\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>During the Training of Trainers in Non-Revenue Water Reduction in Skopje<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/p>\n<p>Through its networking efforts with other associations and programs in the Western Balkans, SHUKALB had the opportunity to have three specialists attend a \u201cTraining of Trainers (ToT)\u201d course in Skopje on the \u201cReduction of Non-Revenue Water\u201d.\u00a0 The Specialists included Arbana Kola, Course Development Specialist under the SHUKALB Training Course Development Project, as well as Esida Lekbello and Ervin Bucpapaj, who are trainers in SHUKALB\u2019s course on \u201cReducing Water Loss\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The ToT course was organized by the Project \u201cReduction of Non-Revenue Water in South- East Europe\u201d implemented by Aquasan Network in BiH and German Technical Cooperation GIZ. \u00a0The overall objective of the training was to improve the current non-revenue water management in the water supply systems in South East Europe through the promotion of new approaches and methodologies to be used by the trainers.\u00a0 SHUKALB will continue to look and identify such opportunities of training in the region and beyond that can contribute to the increased capacities of its staff and trainers.<\/p>\n<p>Currently SHUKALB, under the USAID-funded Project \u201cSustainable Water Sector Capacity Development in Albania\u201d has developed three training courses targeting non-revenue water issue, namely:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Water Loss Management I<\/li>\n<li>Water Loss Management II<\/li>\n<li>Leakage Control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>SHUKALB has already delivered the first two training courses for this year, and will continue their delivery, on a regular basis, following its annual training calendar.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[:sq] P\u00ebrmes p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb saj n\u00eb rrjetin e shoqatave dhe programeve t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, SHUKALB pati mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb kishte tre specialist\u00eb si pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb nj\u00eb &#8220;Trajnim p\u00ebr Trajner\u00ebt<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[205,213],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-3764","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-news","category-newsletter"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/shukalb.al\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/3764","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/shukalb.al\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/shukalb.al\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/shukalb.al\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/2"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/shukalb.al\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=3764"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/shukalb.al\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/3764\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/shukalb.al\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=3764"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/shukalb.al\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcategories&post=3764"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/shukalb.al\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Ftags&post=3764"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
