Kursi i par\u00eb i trajnimit, \u201cMenaxhimi i Humbjeve t\u00eb Ujit II\u201d u zhvillua me dat\u00eb 03 maj 2016, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb.\u00a0 Kursi u dha nga Inxhinieri Ervin Bucpapaj dhe mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb 12 pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs, t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga kryeinxhinier\u00eb, drejtor\u00eb ekzekutiv dhe inxhinier\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonin shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb e uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsit t\u00eb Fierit, Gramshit, Shkodr\u00ebs, Pej\u00ebs (Kosov\u00eb), Divjak\u00ebs, dhe Bashkis\u00eb Shijak.<\/p>\n

Kursi i trajnimit u dha nga Elia Pendavinji, Memaxhere e Departamentit Administrativ n\u00eb Shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime Kor\u00e7\u00eb. \u00a0I ftuar n\u00eb trajnimi ishte Eksperti i GIS, Edmond Lekaj, i cili prezantoi nj\u00eb demonstrim t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb programit GIS si nj\u00eb mjet p\u00ebr menaxhimin e aseteve nga ana e shoq\u00ebrive ujesjelles kanalizime. Kursi mbuloi tema si P\u00ebrfitimet e Menaxhimit t\u00eb Aseteve, Inventari dhe Jeta e Mbetur e Aseteve, Sistemi i Menaxhimit t\u00eb t\u00eb Dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb Aseteve, Niveli i Sh\u00ebrbimit, Asetet Kritike, Menaxhimi i Ciklit t\u00eb Jet\u00ebs s\u00eb Aseteve dhe Strategjia e Financimit Afatgjat\u00eb.<\/p>\n

During the month of May, SHUKALB completed the successful delivery of two additional training courses, developed with support from USAID under the project \u201cSustainable Water Sector Capacity Development\u201d.<\/p>\n

The first training course, \u201cWater Loss Management II\u201d was delivered on the 3rd of May 2016, in Tirana.\u00a0 The course was delivered by Engineer Ervin Bucpapaj, and it was attended by 12 participants consisting of chief engineers, directors and staff engineers, from the water utilities of Fier, Gramsh, Shkodra, Peja (Kosova), Divjaka, and from Municipality of Shijak.<\/p>\n

This training course is a continuous of the training delivered under the course \u201cWater Loss Management I\u201d, and it represents an approach that goes \u201cfrom desk to the field\u201d in addressing water loss.\u00a0 The training course covered topics such as Water Demand Management, Improved Commercial Efficiency, Sustainable Strategy to Reduce Water Loss, Water Balance from Desk to Field and Raising Awareness on Reducing Water Loss. \u00a0The second part of the training included a practical exercise of completing the standard International Water Association (IWA) Water Balance Table by the trainer together with the input of participants. \u00a0The participants were also engaged in brainstorming exercises, as well as in interactive group discussions.\u00a0 The Water Balance Software and a copy of Trainee\u2019s Manual were provided to each participant at the end of the training.<\/p>\n

The training course \u201cAsset Management I\u201d was organized on the 6th of May in Tirana and was attended by 16 professionals representing the water utilities of Fier, Gramsh, Shkodra,Vlora, Erseka and Durres.<\/p>\n

The training course was delivered by Elia Pendavinji, Manager of the Administrative Department at the Korca Water Supply and Sewerage Company. An invited guest to the training was the GIS Expert, Edmond Lekaj, who provided a demonstration of the use of GIS as a tool for asset management by water supply and wastewater utilities.\u00a0 The training course covered topics such as Benefits of Asset Management, Inventory and the Remaining Life of the Assets, Asset Data Management System, Level-of-Service, Critical Assets, Asset Life-Cycle Management and Long-term Funding Strategy.<\/p>\n

Trainer Elia Pendavinji brought to the training examples of good practices in asset management from her work at the Korca Water Supply and Sewerage Company.\u00a0 Besides lectures, the training also provided opportunities for the participants to engage in exercises and discussions around specific issues.\u00a0 At the end of the training, the participants shared among them “good ideas” and identified actions needed to be taken by each of them at their respective water utilities, with the purpose of improving asset management practices.\u00a0 During the training, the participants decided to pursue the idea of frequent meetings between employees of different companies to share experiences.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB will continue with the delivery of the next training courses, in the upcoming months, the most important of which is \u201cBusiness Planning for Performance Improvement\u201d, planned to start in September.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
