Takimi u zhvillua m\u00eb 9 qershor, n\u00eb ambientet e Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Transportit dhe Infrastruktur\u00ebs, me pjes\u00ebmarrjen e aktor\u00ebve kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb sektorit t\u00eb ujit, si Enti Rregullator i Ujit, Sekretariati Teknik i K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Ujit, si dhe Grupi K\u00ebshillimor Teknik, i cili p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga nj\u00eb grup i zgjedhur t\u00eb Drejtor\u00ebve t\u00eb Shoq\u00ebrive Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime.<\/p>\n

Fokusi i k\u00ebtij takimi ishte prezantimi dhe diskutimi mbi progresin e b\u00ebr\u00eb nga Projekti lidhur me Komponentin II: Krijimi i nj\u00eb Programi Certifikimi t\u00eb Bazuar n\u00eb Testim p\u00ebr Menaxher\u00ebt Operacional\u00eb n\u00eb Sektorin e Furnizimit me Uj\u00eb dhe Kanalizimeve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Bazuar n\u00eb reagimet e marra nga pal\u00ebt e interesuara n\u00eb takimin e fundit n\u00eb mars 2016, dhe reagimet nga grupi i ekspert\u00ebve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Projektit, stafi i Projektit s\u00eb bashku me Ekspertin e Certifikimit, Chris McCord, prezantuan nj\u00eb variant m\u00eb t\u00eb zhvilluar t\u00eb elementeve t\u00eb programit t\u00eb certifikimit.<\/p>\n

Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit ishin shum\u00eb aktiv\u00eb gjat\u00eb takimit duke zhvilluar pyetje dhe diskutime rreth qasjeve t\u00eb propozuara nga Projekti.<\/p>\n

In the continuing effort to establish a Test- Based Certification Program for Operational Managers in the Water Supply and Wastewater Sector in Albania, SHUKALB\u2019s USAID-funded Project Team and the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure organized the fifth meeting of the Working Group.\u00a0 The meeting was organized on 9th<\/sup> June, at the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, with the participation of key water sector stakeholders such as the Water Regulatory Authority, the Technical Secretariat of the National Water Council, and the Utility Advisory Committee, which is composed of a select group of Water Supply and Sewerage Utility Directors.<\/p>\n

The focus of this meeting was to present and discuss the progress made by the Project Team with relation to Component II: Establishment of the Test-Based Certification Program for Operational Managers in the Water Supply and Wastewater Sector in Albania<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Following up on the feedback received from stakeholders at the previous meeting held in March 2016, and the feedback from Project\u2019s pool of international experts, the Project Team, together with the Certification Expert, Mr. Chris McCord from the United States of America, presented a more developed version of the elements of the proposed certification program.<\/p>\n

The stakeholders participated actively in the meeting through questions and discussions on the proposed approaches by the Project. \u00a0Based on the feedback and proposals made during this meeting on specific subjects, the Project will start drafting the Certification Policy and Standards.\u00a0 This document will be further used by the Ministry to develop the required legislation for Certification to become a legal requirement that can be institutionalized within the current framework of relevant institutions in Albania.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
