N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatiten p\u00ebr analiz\u00ebn dhe modelimin e funksionalitetit t\u00eb ekspansionit t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm t\u00eb sistemeve t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb dhe kanalizimeve, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb Reformave t\u00eb reja Territoriale Administrative n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, UK Kor\u00e7\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb duke e p\u00ebrdorur Grantin p\u00ebr hartimin e planeve t\u00eb veprimit p\u00ebr ofrimin e sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb saj n\u00eb nj\u00eb zon\u00eb gjeografike m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, UK Kor\u00e7\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb duke planifikuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer \/ zbatuar nj\u00eb program t\u00eb thell\u00eb, bazuar n\u00eb programin e menaxhimit (identifikimit) t\u00eb aseteve GIS q\u00eb do t\u00eb hap\u00eb rrug\u00ebn p\u00ebr planifikime investimesh t\u00eb duhura. Kjo do t\u00eb lejoj\u00eb zbatimin e programeve paralele p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimete e rrjetit t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb dhe kanalizimeve n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohen sh\u00ebrbimet e ofruara aktualisht, me nj\u00eb kosto t\u00eb p\u00ebrballueshme.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrtej aspekteve t\u00eb identifikimit t\u00eb aseteve t\u00eb Grantit, UK Kor\u00e7\u00eb do t\u00eb integroj\u00eb t\u00eb informacionin GIS me programet ekzistuese t\u00eb modelimit dhe t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, Departamenti p\u00ebr Marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me Publikun, do t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjet t\u00eb menaxhimit n\u00eb implementimin e fushat\u00ebs s\u00eb saj informuese duke targetuar popullat\u00ebn e zonave t\u00eb reja komunale dhe fshatrave t\u00eb shtuara, duke i b\u00ebr\u00eb ata t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha detyrimet dhe p\u00ebrfitimet e sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb reja t\u00eb standartizuara t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb dhe kanalizimeve.[:en]\"UK<\/a>The Water Supply and Sewerage Company of Korca (UK Korca), a member of SHUKALB, recently won a grant under the Danube Water Program.\u00a0 The grant was awarded to UK Korca based on a competitive proposal process for a proposal titled \u201cImproving Service Quality and Efficiency via Implementing a GIS Monitoring System and a Wide Informational Campaign in the New Regionalized Service Area<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n

In order to prepare for the analysis and modelling of the functionality for future water supply and sewer system expansions, due to the new Terretorial Administrative Reforms across Albania, \u00a0UK Korca is using the Grant to draft action plans for providing its services in across a wider geographic area. \u00a0For this reason, UK Korca is planning to perform \/ implement an depth, GIS-based asset management (identification) programme that is going to pave the way for more proper investment planning.\u00a0 This will allow for the implementation of parallel programs for water supply and sewerage network improvements in order to improve on the currently offered services, at an affordable cost.<\/p>\n

Beyond the asset identification aspects of the Grant, UK Korca will also be integrating the GIS information with the existing modeling programs and utility data.\u00a0 At the same time, the Public Relations Department, will be using this management tool in implementating its informational campaign targeting the population of the newly added communal areas and villages, making them familiar with all the obligations and the benefits of the new standardized water supply and sewerage services.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
