SHUKALB, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Projektit t\u00eb saj aktual t\u00eb financuar nga USAID, po zhvillon nj\u00eb gam\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb kurseve t\u00eb trajnimit q\u00eb trajtojn\u00eb kryesisht aspekte t\u00eb operimin teknik, mir\u00ebmbajtjes dhe menaxhimit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime.<\/p>\n

Bazuar n\u00eb Reformat e fundit n\u00eb Sektorin e Ujit t\u00eb miratuara nga K\u00ebshilli i Ministrave, struktura menaxheriale e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime do t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga nj\u00eb Drejtor i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, Drejtori Teknik dhe Drejtori Tregtar. Projekti \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje t\u00eb plot\u00eb me Aktivitetet e Ngritjes s\u00eb Kapaciteteve t\u00eb Programit t\u00eb Ujit p\u00ebr Danubin, si\u00e7 prezantohen dhe n\u00eb Planin e saj t\u00eb Pun\u00ebs, dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb Partneritetin e saj t\u00eb Studimit t\u00eb Danubit (D-LEAP). P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, Projekti do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb mbi at\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvilluar aktualisht nga Programi i Ujit p\u00ebr Danubin n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb ngritjes s\u00eb kapaciteteve dhe programeve t\u00eb trajnimit me q\u00ebllim p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e eficenc\u00ebs s\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve, dhe \u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb aktualisht duke u zhvilluar nga SHUKALB n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb projektit t\u00eb financuar nga USAID.<\/p>\n

Si\u00e7 shprehet dhe n\u00eb titullin e projekt propozimit, grupi i synuar i Projektit \u00ebsht\u00eb qart\u00ebsisht p\u00ebrtej Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, ku p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb menaxher\u00ebt e shoq\u00ebrive UK n\u00eb vendet e rajonit t\u00eb Danubit. N\u00eb lidhje me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, veprimi i propozuar plot\u00ebson p\u00ebrpjekjet u zhvilluara nga SHUKALB, n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb politikave t\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb, p\u00ebr zhvillimin e nj\u00eb Programi Trajnimin dhe Certifikimi. Krijimi i nj\u00eb Programi Trajnimi dhe Certifikimi p\u00ebr sektorin e ujit \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb e reform\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit t\u00eb sektorit t\u00eb ujit, t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb nga Ministria e Transportit dhe Infrastruktur\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.[:en]\"DWP\"<\/a>SHUKALB recently won a grant under the Danube Water Program based on a project proposal titled \u201cDeveloping a Utility Management Training Program Curricula Framework for Water Supply and Wastewater Utility Managers in the Danube Region\u201d. <\/em><\/p>\n

SHUKALB, under its current USAID-funded Project, is developing a whole range of training courses that address primarily the technical operation, maintenance and management aspects of a water supply and wastewater utility.<\/p>\n

Based on the recent Water Sector Reforms approved by the Council of Ministers, the management structure of a water supply and sewerage utility will consist of a General Director, a Technical Director and a Commercial Director.\u00a0 The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure has asked SHUKALB to find some way to develop additional courses that would address both the General Director position and the senior positions under the Commercial Director position.\u00a0 This Project Grant from the Danube Water Program aims to complete the Management team by developing a Training Program Curricula Framework for the General Director and the Commercial Director of the Water Supply and Sewerage Utilities, which could also become test-based certifiable positions.<\/p>\n

The Project is fully in line with Danube Water Program\u2019s Capacity Building Activities as presented in its Work Plan, and in more specifically with its Danube Learning Partnership (D-LEAP).\u00a0 In addition, the Project will build upon what has been currently developed by Danube Water Program in terms of capacity building and training programs aiming to improve service efficiencies, and what\u2019s currently being developed by SHUKALB within the USAID-funded Project.<\/p>\n

As expressed in the Project proposal title, the Project\u2019s target group is clearly beyond Albania, benefiting utility managers in countries of the Danube Region.\u00a0 With regard to Albania, the action proposed complements the efforts underway by SHUKALB, in support of the policies of the Government, to develop a Training and Certification Program.\u00a0 The establishment of a Training and Certification Program for the water sector has become part of the recent water sector reform, undertaken by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Albania.<\/p>\n
