(Kavaja Aquaculture Production), me aktivitet kryesor riprodhimin dhe rritjen e karkalecave t\u00eb detit (P.japonicus). \u00a0U em\u00ebrova nga pala italiane, e cila kishte shumic\u00ebn e kapitalit, n\u00eb pozicionin e Drejtorit t\u00eb Shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, post t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e mbajta deri n\u00eb vitin 2005.\u00a0 Gjat\u00eb viteve 1996 dhe1998 kam ndjekur kurse specializimi n\u00eb Itali p\u00ebr Aquaculture.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 2006 dhash\u00eb dor\u00ebheqjen nga K.A.P shpk dhe fillova pun\u00eb n\u00eb pozicionin aktual n\u00eb Impiantin e P\u00ebrpunimit t\u00eb Uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb Ndotur t\u00eb UK Kavaj\u00eb. M\u00eb pas dal vet\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb gjendjen dhe pun\u00ebt q\u00eb po kryhen.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb p\u00eblqen q\u00eb puna t\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00eb grup dhe mendoj se pun\u00ebt b\u00ebhen m\u00eb mire duke u angazhuar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb.\u00a0 Sipas kalendarit, n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e caktuara,kryej dhe analizat e tjera kimike dhe mbaj sh\u00ebnimet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse . Puna do ju jap\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn dhe mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb njihni njer\u00ebz dhe t\u00eb tregoni veten si profesionist\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. \u00a0Arsimimi \u00ebsht\u00eb themelor pasi t\u00eb jep mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb vesh n\u00eb jet\u00eb ato q\u00eb ke m\u00ebsuar, t\u00eb kultivon edukat\u00ebn e pun\u00ebs dhe edukat\u00ebn qytetare. \u00a0Pun\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtim dhe praktik\u00eb. \u00a0Harxhimi i koh\u00ebs n\u00eb rrjetet sociale mund t\u00eb furnizoj\u00eb me shum\u00eb informacion por nuk t\u00eb arsimon apo kulturon.<\/p>\n<p><figure id=\"attachment_1082\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1082\" style=\"width: 596px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Kavaja-Impianti.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1082\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1082\" src=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Kavaja-Impianti.jpg\" alt=\"Wastewater Treatment Plant, UK Kavaja\" width=\"596\" height=\"397\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1082\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Impianti i P\u00ebrpunimit t\u00eb Uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb Ndotur, UK Kavaj\u00eb<\/figcaption><\/figure>[:en]<figure id=\"attachment_1095\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1095\" style=\"width: 229px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Kujtimi-final.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1095\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1095 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Kujtimi-final.jpg\" alt=\"Kujtim Katroshi, Supervisor of WTP, UK Kavaja\" width=\"229\" height=\"157\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1095\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Kujtim Katroshi, Supervisor of WTP, UK Kavaja<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/p>\n<p>Considering the theme of this year&#8217;s Balkans Joint Conference and Exhibition, &#8220;Water and Jobs&#8221;, SHUKALB will publish special articles that will focus on employees from water utility members of the Association, as a dedicated space to describe their career in the sector.<\/p>\n<p>This month Mr. Kujtim Katroshi from the Kavaja Water Supply and Sewerage Company (UK Kavaja) was chosen to be interviewed.\u00a0 Mr. Katroshi, who is 61 years old, graduated as a Biochemist and currently works as Supervisor of the Wastewater Treatment Plant of UK Kavaja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Mr. Katroshi, how long have you worked in the water sector<\/strong><strong>?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I have been working in the sector for ten years. \u00a0Previously, starting from year 1983, I had worked as a biologist at the Kavaja Fish Farming and Commercial Fishing Company (NRZP Kavaja); where I worked mainly on the reproduction of the Carp fish family.<\/p>\n<p>In 1989 I was appointed as Chief Engineer of this company and in March 1990, I was promoted at the position of Director, a position for which I was chosen by the staff of the company.<\/p>\n<p>In 1993 we established the joint Italian \u2013 Albanian company K.A.P. Sh.p.k. (Kavaja Aquaculture Production), with the main activity being the reproduction and farming of shrimp (P. japonicus). \u00a0I was appointed by the Italian shareholders (who held the biggest share) to the position of Director of the Company, a post which I held until 2005. During years 1996 and 1998, I took specialisation courses for Aquaculture in Italy.<\/p>\n<p>In 2006 I resigned from K.A.P Sh.p.k and started working in my current position at the Wastewater Treatment Plant of UK Kavaja.\u00a0 At the begging, I took different specialization courses for this position in Turkey and 3 months later I specialized in Albania with the assistance of Turkish, German and Greek specialists. I took the last specialization course in 2015 in Austria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; What do you like most in your job? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I like working relationships that follow correctness, order, discipline, understanding, good manners and above all fairness, an attribute which I always try to reflect.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; What are the major challenges in your current job?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to have the understanding of people with whom I work, in order to continuously improve the work<\/li>\n<li>to increase the plant\u2019s efficiency<\/li>\n<li>to prevent, as soon as possible, different defects that arise<\/li>\n<li>to continue conducting the work successfully till the period of my retirement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Describe a typical day at your work!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>My day at work starts on asking my subordinates to physically check each unit of the plant.\u00a0 While the employees are doing the controls, I do the measurement of different parameters such as pH, oxygen concentrations, temperature and conductivity. \u00a0After each employee reports about their control, I give tasks to each one according to the maintenance calendar for lubrication, cleaning or repairing of identified defects. \u00a0Later, I follow-up to check the situation and how the work has been done.<\/p>\n<p>I like it when all the workers are engaged together and helping each other with different issues.\u00a0 As per the calendar, on certain days, I do the chemical analyses and keep the relevant notes. When I have free time, I stay in the office reading and do not engage in social networks or playing games.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; What is the message you want to give to the younger generation who wants to work in the water sector?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I would like to advise them to love their job, as without it nothing can succeed.<\/p>\n<p>Work will give you the experience and the possibility to know people and show yourself as a true professional.\u00a0 Education is fundamental, because it gives you the possibility to put into practice what you have learned; it helps develop the culture of work and the civic education. Work means commitment and practice.
