Q\u00ebllimi i kursit TiT \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb pajis\u00eb trajner\u00ebt e ardhsh\u00ebm me aft\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe njohurit\u00eb mbi parimet e t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur dhe teknikat q\u00eb ata mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin gjat\u00eb dh\u00ebnies s\u00eb kurseve t\u00eb trajnimit t\u00eb zhvilluara nga Projekti. Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit q\u00eb ndoq\u00ebn kursin e trajnimit ishin ekspert\u00eb, kryesisht lokal nga shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime, si Tiran\u00eb, Durr\u00ebs, Shkod\u00ebr, Elbasan, dhe ekspert\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur, si dhe ekspert\u00eb nga institucionet e qeveris\u00eb qendrore. \u00a0Ky trajnim p\u00ebrfshinte disa aktivitete individuale dhe n\u00eb grup p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit, si nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb demonstruar metodat e p\u00ebrfshirjes s\u00eb praktikantit.<\/p>\n

Zhvillimi dhe dh\u00ebnia e Kursit t\u00eb Trajnimit t\u00eb Trajner\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr SHUKALB, pasi ajo siguron ekspert\u00ebt lokal\u00eb (trajnuesit e ardhsh\u00ebm) me aft\u00ebsit\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur. \u00a0T\u00eb jesh nj\u00eb trajner nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb vet\u00ebm t\u00eb dish l\u00ebnd\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn jeni duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb trajnimin. Nj\u00eb trajner i mir\u00eb duhet t\u00eb dij\u00eb se si t\u00eb komunikojn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb njohurin\u00eb te t\u00eb rriturit, duke njohur p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn q\u00eb ata tashm\u00eb kan\u00eb, dhe nevojat e tyre p\u00ebr trajnim.[:en]

On October 11-13 the \u201cSustainable Water Sector Capacity Development Project\u201d conducted its first Training of Trainers (ToT) Course for a group of local experts, who have been engaged in the training course development phase of the Project.\u00a0 The ToT Course was developed by Ms. Milena Sauku and Ms. Lindita Dhima, with the support and advice from Project\u2019s USA Expert, Ms. Nancy Barnes. The ToT Course is part of Component-I of the Project, and it will be delivered again during the third year of the Project, for the rest of the local experts.<\/p>\n

The objective of the ToT Course is to equip the future trainers with skills and knowledge on adult learning principles and techniques that they can use during the delivery of the training courses developed by the Project. The participants attending the training course were mainly local experts from water supply and sewerage utilities such as Tirana, Durres, Shkoder, Elbasan, and also freelance experts, as well as experts from central government institutions. \u00a0This training involved several individual and group activities for the participants as a way to demonstrate the methods of trainee involvement.<\/p>\n

Development and delivery of the Training of Trainers Course is very important for SHUKALB, since it provides the local experts (future trainers) with the very important skills of adult learning.\u00a0 Being a trainer is not just knowing the subject matter for which you are giving training.\u00a0 A good trainer has to know how to communicate and transfer the knowledge to adults, recognizing the experience that they already have, and their training needs.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
