M\u00eb shum\u00eb se 80 profesionist\u00eb t\u00eb rinj t\u00eb ujit nga Shqip\u00ebria dhe Kosova, mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb event, duke p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb gam\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb t\u00eb institucionesh dhe profesionesh.<\/p>\n<p>Forumi u hap nga Znj Arlinda Ibrahimllari, Kryetare e Grupit PRU t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, e cila theksoi se p\u00ebrshkak se nevojat p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbime m\u00eb cil\u00ebsore dhe staf m\u00eb t\u00eb kualifikuar n\u00eb sektorin e ujit jan\u00eb n\u00eb rritje, \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme t\u00eb rritet nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimi dhe t\u00eb investohet n\u00eb profesionist\u00eb t\u00eb rinj t\u00eb ujit q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb interesuar t\u00eb ndjekin karrier\u00ebn e tyre n\u00eb sektorin e ujit. Dewi van de Weerd.<\/p>\n<p>Fol\u00ebs t\u00eb shquar n\u00eb Forum ishin <strong>Dr. Silver Mugisha<\/strong>, Drejtor Menaxherial i Kompanis\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime t\u00eb Ugand\u00ebs dhe Z\u00ebvend\u00ebs President i Shoqat\u00ebs Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Ujit, dhe <strong>Profesor Guy Alaerts<\/strong>, UNESCO-IHE, Instituti p\u00ebr Ujin dhe Arsimin.<\/p>\n<p>Eventi rezultoi i suksessh\u00ebm, jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrjen e gjer\u00eb dhe temat q\u00eb trajtoi, por edhe se u ofroi pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb shk\u00ebmbyer njohurit\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrvojat e tyre dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjeruar rrjetin e tyre profesional dhe social.[:en]<figure id=\"attachment_1182\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1182\" style=\"width: 277px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/YWP-Forum-1.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1182\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1182 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/YWP-Forum-1.jpg\" alt=\"YWP Forum 1\" width=\"277\" height=\"187\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1182\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Young Water Professionals Engaging in Roundtable Discussions during the Forum<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/p>\n<p>An impressive event, organized prior the Conference on 2 November, was the Young Water Professionals Forum, an open platform addressed to students, young water professionals, engineering water leaders and people covering a wide range from technical, social, economic\u00a0 and environmental, under the age of 35, and who work or are interested in working in the water sector. \u00a0More than 80 young water professionals from Albania and Kosova, participated at the event, representing a wide range of institutions and professions.<\/p>\n<p>The Forum was opened by Mrs. Arlinda Ibrahimllari, Chair of YWP Group Albania, who stated that as the needs for more qualitative services and qualified staff in the water sector are growing, it is necessary to increase awareness and invest in young water professionals that are interested in pursuing a career in the water sector. \u00a0The main scope of the Forum was to address this issue and help them get a better understanding as to the challenges being faced by the sector, and the direction that the water sector is taking in the Western Balkans.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1183\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1183\" style=\"width: 249px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/YWPs-from-Uganda.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1183\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1183 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/YWPs-from-Uganda.jpg\" alt=\"YWPs from Uganda\" width=\"249\" height=\"159\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1183\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Young Water Professionals from Uganda and students from\u00a0WPI, present at the Forum<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The event was organized and conducted in three sequential sessions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Session I &#8211;
