Diskutimi u fokusua ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb propozimin mbi rrug\u00ebn e karrier\u00ebs q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ndjekin individ\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt punojn\u00eb apo planifikojn\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebsohen n\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime.  [:en]\"Working<\/a>The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure Certification Working Group, along with the Utility Advisory Committee, met the SHUKALB Project Group, on November 9th,<\/sup> to receive feedback from the various institutions, as well as water utility stakeholders, on the draft documents that the Project has prepared and shared regarding the institutional framework and \u00a0technical aspects of the Test-Based Certification Program for Operational Managers in the Water Supply and Wastewater Sector in Albania<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The discussion was particularly focused on the proposed career path for the individuals who are working, or who plan to start working in a water supply and sewerage utility.\u00a0 The participants discussed the education and experience requirements recommend by the Project, as part of the requirements for certification at the different levels of certification.\u00a0 The last part of the meeting included a discussion on the implementation strategy and the estimation of the number of people to be certified, as well as the costs associated with this process.<\/p>\n

Following the feedback and recommendations of the Working Group and the Utility Advisory Committee, the Project Group will be supporting the Ministry in drafting the required legal documents that will be needed to support the implementation of the Test-Based Certification Program.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
