M\u00eb 12 dhjetor, SHUKALB u takua me stafin e Bashk\u00ebpunimit Gjerman p\u00ebr Zhvillim n\u00ebn Fondin e saj t\u00eb Hapur Rajonal (GIZ-ORF) p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar rreth nj\u00eb projekti t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm t\u00eb financuar bashk\u00ebrisht nga GIZ-ORF dhe Bashk\u00ebpunimi Ekonomik i Zvicr\u00ebs (SECO) n\u00eb lidhje me zhvillimin e Kuadrit Rajonal t\u00eb Trajnimit. \u00a0Q\u00ebllimi i Projektit \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb shtoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrforcoj\u00eb kapacitetet n\u00eb ofrimin e zhvillimit t\u00eb kapaciteteve p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunuese dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme zhvillimin dhe shp\u00ebrndarjen e k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs, duke nxitur masa p\u00ebr zhvillimin e kapaciteteve me cil\u00ebsi t\u00eb lart\u00eb, si p\u00ebr Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime ashtu dhe p\u00ebr Nj\u00ebsit\u00eb e Qeverisjes Vendore, n\u00eb tet\u00eb vende t\u00eb rajonit, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat dhe Shqip\u00ebria, n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunuese dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pun\u00ebs s\u00eb saj, dhe ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht t\u00eb Projektit t\u00eb financuar nga USAID, \u201cZhvillimi i Q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm i Kapaciteteve n\u00eb Sektorin e Ujit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri\u201d, SHUKALB \u00ebsht\u00eb pozicionuar n\u00eb rolin e liderit midis shoqatave t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb ujit n\u00eb rajonin e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb, p\u00ebrmes programit t\u00eb saj t\u00eb trajnimit dhe m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm t\u00eb ofrimit t\u00eb trajnimeve, dhe Programin e saj unik t\u00eb Certifikimit Bazuar n\u00eb Testim p\u00ebr operator\u00ebt e shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime. \u00a0Si\u00e7 u theksua nga ekipi GIZ ORF, pjes\u00ebmarrja e SHUKALB do t\u00eb sjell\u00eb vlera n\u00eb Projektin i Leht\u00ebsimit Rajonal t\u00eb Trajnimit, si n\u00eb aspektin e ekspertiz\u00ebs q\u00eb stafi i saj zot\u00ebron n\u00eb zhvillimin dhe dh\u00ebnien e trajnimeve, por m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishmja kurset e trajnimit q\u00eb SHUKALB ka krijuar dhe zot\u00ebron sot, n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb Projektit Zhvillimi i Q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm i Kapaciteteve n\u00eb Sektorin e Ujit.<\/p>\n

Projekti i Leht\u00ebsimit Rajonal t\u00eb Trajnimit do t\u00eb mbledh\u00eb materiale t\u00eb kurseve t\u00eb trajnimit q\u00eb ekzistojn\u00eb n\u00eb rajon dhe do t\u00eb zhvilloj\u00eb nj\u00eb platform\u00eb p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrndarjen e k\u00ebtyre materialeve trajnuese midis shoqatave t\u00eb ujit n\u00eb rajon, me q\u00ebllim rritjen e ofert\u00ebs s\u00eb trajnimeve p\u00ebr stafin e shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime, n\u00eb vendet respektive.<\/p>\n

Ka qen\u00eb q\u00ebllimi i SHUKALB, q\u00eb n\u00eb fillimin e Projektit t\u00eb saj t\u00eb financuar nga USAID, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndar\u00eb kurset e trajnimit q\u00eb po zhvillon, me shoqatat e saj \u201cmotra\u201d t\u00eb ujit n\u00eb rajon, si nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb promovuar trajnimin dhe ngritjen e kapaciteteve p\u00ebrtej kufijve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Projekti i ka zhvilluar kurset e trajnimit n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn angleze, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb e leht\u00eb p\u00ebr shoqatat e ujit t\u2019i p\u00ebrkthejn\u00eb ato n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e tyre lokale.[:en]

On 12 December, SHUKALB met with staff of the German Development Cooperation under its Open Regional Fund (GIZ-ORF) to discuss an upcoming project financed jointly by GIZ-ORF and the Swiss Economic Cooperation (SECO) regarding the development of a Regional Training Framework.\u00a0 The purpose of the Project is to enhance and strengthen capacity development delivery capacities to ensure the development and delivery of demand driven high quality capacity development measures for both Public Utility Companies and Local Government Units, in eight countries in the region, among which Albania, in a collaborative and sustainable manner.\u00a0 The discussion was focused on the potential role that SHUKALB could play in this Project that is planned to start in the second quarter of 2017.<\/p>\n

Because of its work, and specifically the USAID funded Sustainable Water Sector Capacity Development Project, SHUKALB is positioned as a leader among the other water associations in the Western Balkan Region and beyond, with its training program and the sustainable way of training delivery, as well as its unique Test-Based Certification Program for the operators of water supply and sewerage companies.\u00a0 As was highlighted by the GIZ ORF team in their presentation, SHUKALB\u2019s participation would bring value to the Regional Training Facility Project, both in terms of the expertise that its staff has developed with training development and delivery, but most importantly the training courses that SHUKALB has created and owns today, thanks to the Sustainable Water Sector Capacity Development Project.<\/p>\n

The Regional Training Facility Project will be collecting training course materials that exist in the region and will develop a platform for distribution and sharing of these training materials among the water associations in the region, in order to boost the training offered to the staff of water supply and sewerage utilities, in their respective countries.\u00a0 It has been SHUKALB\u2019s aim, since the inception of its USAID funded Project, to share the training courses it is developing with its \u201csister\u201d water associations in the region, as a way to promoting training and capacity building beyond the boundaries of Albania.\u00a0 The Project has been developing the training courses in the English language, in order to make it easier for the water associations to translate them into their local languages.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
