January 2016. \u00a0SHUKALB changed from its original quarterly, printed newsletter to a monthly E-newsletter to be more responsive to our stakeholders by communicating more frequently with more timely information. Through Year 2016, Burimi has been full of interesting news and events, and through Burimi, SHUKALB has achieved it objective to have a more frequent communication and information sharing tool, which is easily accessible and user friendly, and thereby improving SHUKALB\u2019s services to its members and strengthening contacts with its stakeholders. \u00a0During 2016, Burimi truly achieved its objective of being the singular communication in Albania, and the Western Balkans, for current information regarding the water supply and wastewater sector.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1273\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1273\" style=\"width: 180px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Burimi-Feb.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1273\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1273\" src=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Burimi-Feb.jpg\" alt=\"Article of February 2016 Issue, on Water Sector Reform\" width=\"180\" height=\"182\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1273\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Article of February 2016 Issue, on Water Sector Reform<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Burimi is distributed electronically to a wide network of professionals in Albania, the Balkans Region and beyond, and is accessible in two languages (English and Albanian). Being integrated through SHUKALB\u2019s website, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.shukalb.al\">www.shukalb.al<\/a>, Burimi enables the audience to learn more about SHUKALB\u2019s Vision, Mission, Organizational Structure, Programs, Training Courses, Projects, Staff, Conferences, Legislative Issues, and many other activities undertaken by the Association.<\/p>\n<p>During 2016, the articles in Burimi were organized under different categories, depending on the specific topic, in order to be easier to follow and absorbed by the readers.
