On October 31st<\/sup>, Shkodra Water Supply and Sewerage Company and the Professional High School “Arben Broci” signed a cooperation agreement for an Internship Program for senior students majoring in Hydraulics.\u00a0 The agreement specifies that the Internship Program will take place at the Water Supply and Sewerage Company of Shkodra and that the students graded highest under this Program will have the chance to be employed by the UK Shkoder.<\/p>\n

On this occasion, Mr. Molla said that the agreement will enable students to participate and assist on different works of the utility and to earn professional training. \u00a0Together with their parents, they will be more confident that studying at \u201cArben Broci\u201d high school is not only useful, but can ensure employment in the future.<\/p>\n

In this regard, Mr. Molla, announced that UK Shkodra has already chosen four internship students to start working as assistant hydraulic workers. \u00a0In addition, he stressed that UK Shkodra will benefit from this program by giving the students an opportunity to win a job based on their merit and not based on nepotism.<\/p>\n

The Principal of “Arben Broci\u201d, Mr. Zamir La\u00e7aj, thanked UK Shkodra and said, \u201cour school is moving toward dualism, education-employment, while internship will be the main objective of these students\u201d. \u00a0He stressed that this practice, encouraged by UK Shkodra, is an innovation and a good example to be followed by other institutions. \u00a0Mr. La\u00e7aj said, \u201cWe hope that the commitment of Director Molla will serve as an encouragement to other institutions and private business managers, in order to contribute to the professional training of young students with the latest standards. \u00a0With this program, we will be able to meet the implementation of our professional school program: 50% theory and 50% practice.\u201d[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
