[:sq]\"Executive<\/a>D\u00ebshiroj t\u2019i uroj t\u00eb gjith\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve, mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsve dhe miqve tan\u00eb nj\u00eb vit t\u00eb g\u00ebzuar, t\u00eb lumtur dhe plot sh\u00ebndet n\u00eb vitin 2017.\u00a0 Suksesi i vazhduesh\u00ebm q\u00eb SHUKALB g\u00ebzoi k\u00ebt\u00eb vit q\u00eb kaluam, \u00ebsht\u00eb kryesisht rezultat i “partneritetit” q\u00eb stafi i Shoqat\u00ebs ton\u00eb kishte me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb aktor\u00ebt n\u00eb sektor, jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, por n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb. \u00a0Vitin e kaluar, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb, ju k\u00ebrkova dhe ju falenderova p\u00ebr durimin tuaj, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb qe ne punonim p\u00ebr zhvillimin me shpejt\u00ebsi t\u00eb kurseve tona t\u00eb trajnimit, dhe m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs s\u00eb komunikimit me ju n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen. \u00a0Tashm\u00eb ajo e ardhme ka mb\u00ebrritur, dhe me k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi ju raportoj se kemi b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb progres t\u00eb madh si n\u00eb zhvillimin e kurseve tona t\u00eb trajnimit, ashtu dhe n\u00eb komunikimet tona me partner\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

Sikurse do t\u00eb lexoni n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb Burimit, jemi t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb paraqesim Kalendarin e Kurseve t\u00eb Trajnimit p\u00ebr vitin 2017, me nj\u00eb target prej jo m\u00eb pak se 15 kurse t\u00eb planifikuara p\u00ebr t\u2019u dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe Kosov\u00ebn. \u00a0Me n\u00ebnshkrimin e Memorandumit t\u00eb Mir\u00ebkuptimit midis SHUKALB dhe SHUKOS, dy Shoqatat tona do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb kalendar t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt trajnimi me kurse p\u00ebr t\u2019u dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb dy vendet.<\/p>\n

Programi shum\u00eb i diskutuar gjat\u00eb vitit 2016, i Certifikimit Bazuar n\u00eb Testim p\u00ebr stafin e Shoq\u00ebrive UK, do t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb realitet n\u00eb vitin 2017, pasi SHUKALB \u00ebsht\u00eb duke asistuar Ministrin\u00eb e Transportit dhe Infrastruktur\u00ebs n\u00eb hartimin e Udh\u00ebzimit Ministror, i cili detajon m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si dhe kur Programi i Certifikimit do t\u00eb implementohet.\u00a0 Zbatimi nj\u00eb Programi t\u00eb till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb apo Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, por edhe p\u00ebr Evrop\u00ebn Lindore dhe ai \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u monitoruar gjithashtu dhe nga vendet e Europ\u00ebs Per\u00ebndimore, si nj\u00eb model i mundsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u2019u aplikuar n\u00eb vendet e tyre.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB \u00ebsht\u00eb krenar p\u00ebr advokimin dhe rolin e tij udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e certifikimit bazuar n\u00eb testim, por merita duhet t’i jepet gjithashtu Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, dhe n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Transportit dhe Infrastruktur\u00ebs, p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsimin e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb nj\u00eb programi t\u00eb till\u00eb si nj\u00eb element thelb\u00ebsor n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e suksessh\u00ebm t\u00eb performanc\u00ebs n\u00eb sektorin e uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizimeve.<\/p>\n

Ndjejm\u00eb keqardhje q\u00eb 2016 nuk ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb vit i mir\u00eb p\u00ebr SHUKALB n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e “Programeve t\u00eb Nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimit\u201d si Programi Miqt\u00eb e Ujit p\u00ebr Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e Klasave t\u00eb 3-t\u00eb; Sfida Bot\u00ebrore e Monitorimit t\u00eb Ujit p\u00ebr Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e Klasave t\u00eb 8-t\u00eb; dhe Panairi Shkencor p\u00ebr Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e Klasave t\u00eb 11-t\u00eb. \u00a0K\u00ebto programe kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr sponsor\u00eb financiar\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb financuar implementimin e tyre, dhe k\u00ebta sponsor\u00eb nuk ishte e mundur t\u00eb gjendeshin. \u00a0Megjithat\u00eb, ne nuk do t\u00eb dekurajohemi dhe do t\u00eb gjejm\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrmbushur k\u00ebt\u00eb sfid\u00eb n\u00eb 2017.<\/p>\n

Drejtor Ekzekutiv[:en]\"Executive<\/a>To all of our members, supporters and friends, I want to wish you a Most Happy, Joyous and Healthy New Year in 2017.\u00a0 The continuing success that SHUKALB enjoyed this past year is largely the result of the \u201cpartnership\u201d that our Association staff has had with all of our stakeholders, not only in Albania, but across the Western Balkans and beyond.\u00a0 Last year, at this time, I asked and thanked you for your patience, as we worked to take actions to rapidly develop our Training Courses, and the way that we wanted to communicate with you in the future.\u00a0 Well, that future has arrived, and I am pleased to report that we have made great progress both in our training course development and in our stakeholder communications.<\/p>\n

As you will read in this issue of Burimi, we are ready to launch the 2017 Training Course Calendar with a target of no less than 15 courses to be scheduled to be delivered across Albania and Kosova.\u00a0 With the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between SHUKALB and SHUKOS, our two Associations will have a common training calendar with courses being delivered in both countries.<\/p>\n

The much discussed Test-based Operator Certification Program for Albania, in 2016, will be a reality in 2017, as SHUKALB assists the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure in the drafting of the Ministerial Instruction of how and when the Certification Program will be implemented.\u00a0 This is not just a first in Albania or the Western Balkans, but a first in Eastern Europe and it is also being monitored by Western European countries as a possible model for application in their countries.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB is proud of its advocacy and leadership in the area of test-based certification, but credit must also be given to the Government of Albania, and particularly the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, for understanding the importance of such a program as an essential element in the successful improvement of performance in the water supply and sewerage sector.<\/p>\n

We do regret that it has not been a good year for SHUKALB in the area of its \u201cOutreach Programs\u201d such as Friends of Water Program for the 3rd<\/sup> Grade Students; World Water Monitoring Challenge for the 8th<\/sup> Grade Students; and Science Fair for the 11th<\/sup> Grade Students.\u00a0\u00a0 These programs need financial sponsors to fund their implementation, and these sponsors could not be found.\u00a0 However, we will not be discouraged and we will find a way to meet this challenge in 2017.<\/p>\n

The New E-Burimi, which you are reading right now, and which is issued every month of the year, has been a major improvement in how we communicate with our stakeholders.\u00a0\u00a0 With each issue, SHUKALB gets better in its publication and Burimi is more informative in a timely manner.<\/p>\n

There is still a great amount to be done, but we know how to do it, and we will succeed.<\/p>\n
